Accounting and book keeping and the financial matters of the company are managed by the Finance department.

They also, formulate the accounting policies of the company. receivables, payables, payroll, preparation of business

plans and periodic MIS reports for corporate management, managing the working capital and insurance are taken

care of by this department.

The operations of this department are fully computerized. Systems of the company’s vast operations are scrutinized

and audited regularly by the Internal Audit department of the company. This department ensures company’s financial

systems and procedures are not violated and conduct regular internal audit checks on different functions of the

company. It gives necessary feed back to the top management on the effectiveness of the current systems and

procedures and recommends corrective measures.

khaima, Abhudabi, Bahrain and Sultanate of Oman. he started from a supervisory position and reached the

managerial level from the knowledge he has learned from his experiences. His capability and management

expertise to run and manage simultaneously different projects at different locations made him realized to

establish a company, the PROCONS.

of work and Project management thru his job experiences on roadways, road structures, building structures and

pipelines (waterlines and sewerage mains and networks, pumping stations and STPs).

A Civil/Structural Engineer, with 14 years of experience in the field of

engineering design to implementation on site, with different types of

structures either horizontal or vertical-muti-storey structures for construction

and for tendering purposes, project management, implementation and

consultancy. In relation to the field of expertise, design, inspection and

consultation with regards to any projects – buildings, roads, bridges, etc

within the Philippines and Gulf countries.

A Civil Engineer, with 13 years of experience in various companies and

locations, local and international - well trained in the field of

Company Policy on Health, Safety & Environment

PROCONS is committed to the health& safety of all employs, subcontractors and the general public.

Environment protection is always a priority. The company policy is to provide a safe place to work for all

its employees by taking reasonable steps necessary to eliminate hazards to health. To this end a policy of

participation will be pursued on matters related to health and safety of work, the aim being to create a

continually improving awareness of the obligations that all company employees have in achieving a

reduction in the incidence of potential hazards to health and the environment.

Therefore the Management will:

1. Provide and maintain a safe healthy workplace.

2. Provide sufficient training to enable employees to perform their work safely and efficiently.

3. Provide safety devices and protective equipment and clothing and supervise their use.

4. Provide a system of joint consultation to promo and safe working practices and system of work.

5. Maintain a continuing interest in health, safety and welfare matters of the company’s activities.

Further, employees have a duty to cooperate by:

1. Working safely and efficiently and by using the protective equipment and clothing as provided.

2. Co-operating in safety exercises, meeting and consultation as required.

Quality Policy

It is the policy of Company to consistently provide products and services that meet the

needs and expectations of our customers. The Quality Management system has been

developed to provide mandatory plan for controlling all company activities relating to

products, services, quality and ultimate customer satisfaction. The nature of the activities of

the company places particular emphasis on the quality of its workforce, maintenance of

equipments and the selection of products.

The criteria for recruitment and training of personnel are based on competence, experience,

performance and relevant qualifications. Periodic Management review shall be carried out

to ensure the continued effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Through the

Management review process, the continuing suitability, effectiveness and performance of

our quality management system shall be determined and evaluate the need for changes

where appropriate, based on measurement analysis and improvement.
