Attack Theatre seeks a Production and Artistic Administrator, reporting to the Artistic

Directors.Must be self-motivated, well-organized, willing to work on multiple projects

simultaneously,beabletoworkindependentlyinafast-pacedsettingandbeapersonableteam

player.

Primaryresponsibilities:

Responsibleformanagingthecommunications,logistics,andplanningofthecompanysmajor local productions, commissions and collaborations, regional national and

internationaltouring,specialevents,site-specificworks,andartseducationprograms

Workwithartisticdirectorstocoordinatedancersschedules Serveasprojectmanageronmajorlocalproductions Facilitateanddraftcontractededucationstaffcontractsandmanagespecificdetailsof

contracts Work with Executive Director and Artistic Directors to help identify and managerelationshipswitheducational,community,andartisticpartners Maintainprimarystudiospacesforrehearsals,workshops,andspecialevents Facilitate and serve as primary liaison for communication between artistic andadministrativestaff Other responsibilities may be assigned based on hires ability, interests andqualifications

RequiredQualifications: Working knowledge of dance and/or theater companies in a production or

managementcapacity

Attentiontodetailandabilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithdiversepopulations ExperiencewithMicrosoftOfficesuiteparticularlyWordandExcel UnderstandingandcommitmenttotheworkofAttackTheatre ValidPAdriverslicenseandaccesstoreliabletransportation

DesiredQualifications:

Nonprofitmanagementand/orproductionexperienceintheperformingarts Experience and/or prior training in community engagement and arts-in-education

programs

Bachelorsdegree
