We provide skilled technical professionals at a moment’s notice to work at your location on a contingent basis for a short or long-term project.

Contract-to-hire Staffing

After six months of employment, you can hire our contract employee without paying any additional placement fees. This extended evaluation period ensures you have a strong technical and cultural fit.

Permanent Placement Services

We support all technical-related fields and we guarantee all of our placements. By using Prodigy, you have the ability to review and hire our market’s best IT candidates at a moment’s notice.

Our Screening Process

Performance Guarantee:

We provide guarantees on all of our contractors and direct-hire placements. If for any reason our contractor or direct hire placement does not work out and/or meet your expectations within the guaranteed timeframe, we will not bill for our services.
