Long Term Contracts are…
“… binding contracts which will spell out the participants', NRCS or conservation district responsibilities, and the consequences of violating the contract. An LTC requires the participant to carry out the work with his or her own resources or contract for the work. The basis for the LTC is an approved plan/schedule of operations developed by the participant and approved by NRCS. “
