WebSurance – Built-in Financial Security

WebXpress now lets you connect with leading security companies such as HDFC ERGO, by offering a one-click insurance coverage from within the system. Simply opt-in while booking a trip and you are all set. Each policy is directly issued to the customer, who also receives an electronic copy of the same.

Being fully digital, any claim – in case of theft or accidental damage – can be processed within as little as half an hour of the initial request. Even complex cases would take less than 24 hours to be addressed.

You no longer need to worry about private insurance, or worse still, travel without any insurance at all. Drivers can report damages from their mobile, managers can approve them, and the insurer can process the claim, with no need for lengthy procedures or phone calls – security and efficiency at the same time!

Load Planning and Tendering – System to Optimise Resource Utilisation and Income

The Load Planning system can intelligently decide the ideal number of vehicles you would need transport your goods. This reduces your effort and risk of losses, as a 3PL, while planning your operations.

The tool combines factors such as package dimensions, weight, load-type, expiry, and much more to decide the size and number of vehicles to get the job done. If you are satisfied with the plan, the system can send this information directly to the best LSP partner for execution, or even to multiple LSPs, who can bid over the same and let you decide the best balance of cost and time for you needs.
