The idea of a Ventilated Facade derives from the cavity between load-bearing wall and outer panels. For high-rise buildings in particular, this became a common building structure in the late 19th century, with the benefits remaining unchanged to this day: reduced living cost, weather protection, energy and acoustic insulation and a high-end, aesthetically pleasing finish.

General InformationFASSCO panels boards are produced in accordance with EN 12467 and certified for use as a Ventilated Facades in accordance with the German DIBt z-31.4-183.

Facade Corporation offers a large and unique selection of FASSCO branded panels. All panels are surface finished by factory applied, inorganic, weather-resistant and durable polymer coatings. This enables you to design the facade of the building not only in regard to the geometry of the panels, but particularly in terms of colours and light effects.

Warranty and Service life Facade Corporation offers project specific warranties. Please contact our sales representatives for further information.

CLP TechnologyCross-linked polymer coating technology is a top-coat curing process applied to all our products ensuring a prolonged service life. The surface finishes can vary from semi-matt to gloss. QCA rigorous quality control system is installed for the production of FASSCO coated panels.This comprises the following:

During Production -> Moisture control of raw board-> Measurement of paint colour and viscosity -> Controlling applied weight of paints -> Controlling dry and curing conditions -> Measuring film formation -> Monitoring energy for CLP curing

Finished product -> Comparison of colours with references (∆L)-> Measurement of homogeneity of gloss-> Verification of film formation
