1. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

1.1 SKIN LIGHTENING AND ENHANCERS

Sino Lion offers a comprehensive line of skin lighteners with excellent efficacy and skin lightening enhancers, which boost the overall effectiveness of skin lightening in product formulation of single skin lightener or combinations. Skin Lighteners include OlevatinTM (Arbutin), OlevatinTM-alpha (alpha arbutin), KADTM-15 (Kojic Dipalmitate), Kojic Acid SLTM (Kojic Acid), MAP SLTM (Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate), skin-lightening enhancers include OlevasanTM AG (Acetyl Glucosamine), OlevasanTM GL (Glucosamine HCl). NanowhiteTM K is a cocktail of skin lighteners, which offers enhanced overall efficacy as well as ease of application.

OlevatinTM (INCI Name: Arbutin) & OlevatinTM Alpha (INCI Name: Alpha- Arbutin)

Olevatin Series products include OlevatinTM (INCI name: Arbutin) and OlevatinTM-

Alpha (INCI name: Alpha Arbutin), they are skin beautifying and whitening agent which can effectively and selectively inhibit activity of tyrosinase, which is an enzyme participating in the formation of melanin pigment, therefore arbutin can eliminate the formation of melanin and hyperpigmentation without altering the normal growth of the epidermic cell or inhibiting the expressing of tyrosinase itself. Arbutin, both alpha and beta form, has by far higher stability than hydroquinone, and nevertheless, is decomposed into hydroquinone and glucose rapidly in the presence of the enzyme hydrolysis in the skin and exhibit the remedying effect to melanosis. It shows skin lightening effects at the same level as hydroquinone, alpha form even have higher efficient than the beta form. Arbutin causes no irritation, scarce sensitization, which permits continuous use for a long period of time in high concentration to develop satisfactory skin lightening effects. Arbutin has excellent effects on liver spots, age spots, sun spots and skin pigmentation disorders. It has been widely used in Japan as an active ingredient for both external use cosmetics (such as lotions, packs, creams) and topical drugs (such as ointment, cream, etc.). Applications: All cosmetic and personal care products. Use levels: Beta form: 1-5%. Dissolve in warm water.

Alpha form: 0.2-2%. Dissolve in warm water.

KAD-15TM (INCI Name: Kojic Dipalmitate) KAD-15TM has an excellent property of inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase present in the human skin so as to inhibit the melanin formation. It is more efficacious than straight kojic acid. KAD-15 can produce excellent effects in even toning the skin, fighting age spots, pregnancy marks, freckles as well as general skin pigmentation disorders of face and body. Unlike kojic acid, which often causes product stability

problems such as color changes, KAD-15 offers excellent product stability without any color instability problems.

Features: Skin Lightening: KAD-15 offers more efficacious skin lightening effects. Compared with kojic acid, KAD-15 markedly enhances the inhibitory effects on tyrosinase activity, which prohibits the formation of melanin. Light and Heat Stability: KAD-15 is light and heat stable, while kojic acid tends to oxidize over time. pH Stability: KAD-15 is stable within a wide pH range of 4-9, which provides flexibility to formulators. Color Stability: Unlike kojic acid, KAD-15 does not turn brown or yellow over time for two reasons. First, kojic acid is not stable to light and heat, and tends to oxidize, which results in color change (often yellow or brown). Second, kojic acid tends to chelate with metal ions (e.g. iron), which often results in color change. On the contrary, KAD-15 is stable to pH, light, heat and oxidation, and does not complex with metal ions, which lead to color stability. Applications: Skin care, sun care, skin whitening/lightening, treatment for pigmentary

disorders such as age spots etc. Use Levels: 1-5%

MAP SLTM (INCI Name: Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) MAP SLTM (Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate) is a stable, water soluble vitamin C derivative. Vitamin C has been well-known for its inhibitory effects on melanin formation, but it has not been widely used for this function due to its instability in formulations. A number of vitamin C derivatives such as ascorbyl palmitate or ascorbyl stearate, have been used for 20 years as primary depigmenting materials, however, these conventional vitamin C derivatives can destabilize formulations, and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate now replaces other ascorbates in most products. Features:

Water Solubility: MAP SL is completely water soluble and easily absorbed through the skin. Its water-solubility offers the formulator with formulating flexibility, Stability. MAP SLTM is much more stable to heat and light than vitamin C. Experimental data showed that 3% aqueous solution of MAP SL maintained 90% of its activity after 6 months of storage in 40 ºC water bath. Skin Lightening/Beautifying Effects: MAP SL exhibits a strong skin lightening effects which was shown useful in clinical practice. It has strong inhibitory effects on melanin formation therefore resulting in beautified, even-toned skin. Radical Scavenger: Once absorbed into the skin, MAP SLTM can act as a radical scavenger to eliminate radicals and remove the signs of wrinkles and aging. Synergistic with Vitamin E: MAP SL works synergistically with Vitamin E.

Stable Formulation: Unlike other skin lightening agents such as hydroquinone, MAP SLTM is stable without color change problems. Safety: MAP SL is very safe with no toxicity and irritation. Applications: All cosmetic and personal care products. Use Levels: Creams: 1-10%; Lotions: 0.5-3%

Kojic Acid SLTM (INCI Name: Kojic Acid) Kojic Acid SL is a tyrosinase inhibitor; and it chelates with metal ions. As a tyrosinase inhibitor, kojic acid was found to suppress isolated tyrosinase due to chelation of its copper. Kojic acid has been found useful as a melanin formation inhibitor, UV-induced hyperpigmentation preventive agent for the human skin. Kojic Acid is the first well-received skin lightener after hydroquinone. It successfully fights age spots and pigmentation on face and body. It has increasingly been used as a skin-depigmenting agent in skin care products in Japan since 1988. Applications: Skin Care Products. Use Levels: 1-3%

OlevasanTM AG (INCI Name: Acetyl Glucosamine) Olevasan AG is a highly effective skin lightening enhancer, and it boosts the product

efficacy when used in combination with various skin lighteners such as KAD-15, Olevatin, MAP SL, Kojic Acid, etc. The enhancing effects are synergistic in nature with the skin lighteners and can be easily incorporated into various formulations. Functions: Skin Lightening Enhancer Applications: Skin Lightening Products Use Levels: 1 – 4 %

OlevasanTM GL (INCI Name: Glucosamine HCl) OlevasanTM GL is a skin lightening enhancer, and it boosts product efficacy when used in combination with various skin lighteners, such as KAD-15, Olevatin, MAP SL and Kojic Acid SL. It is water soluble, and can be easily incorporated into various product formulations. Functions: Skin Lightening Enhancer Applications: Health food; Cosmetics and Personal Care products Use Levels: 1-5 %

NanoWhiteTM K NanoWhiteTM K is a cocktail style skin lightening agent. It shows strong synergistic effects due to the scientific formulation of several skin lightening agents. As a nano-water-dispersion, the small particle size and lecithin entrapment help the skin penetration. The entrapment also leads to good stability and safety.

EverwhiteTM VCL (INCI Name: Ascorbyl Lactoside) EverwhiteTM VCL is a new chemical entity, it is derived from Vitamin C but has better stability, safety and whitening performance. It is convenient to use in cosmetic applications. EverwhiteTM VCL is more tolerant than traditional vitamin C derivatives to high temperature, wide pH, metal ions or other stress conditions. When used in personal care applications, EverwhiteTM VCL is more stable than other Vitamin C derivatives such as ascorbic acid glucoside, and has a more noticeable whitening effect. Also, compared with traditional whitening agent, such as arbutin and kojic acid, EverwhiteTM VCL has equal or even better performance, but no side effects. Applications: Widely used in lightening, anti-aging, and sunscreen products. Use Level: 0.2% - 5.0%

OlecapTM WS (INCI Name: Titanium Dioxide/ Aluminum Hydroxide/Amorphous Silica)

OlecapTM WS is water dispersible titanium dioxide pigment with silica and aluminum coating treatment. It exhibits high-grade photostability and exceptional water-dispersibility; OlecapTM WS is recommended for the cosmetic application where high brightness is needed. It imparts excellent opacity, and physical lightening effects which improve the appearance of the skin.

1.2 ANTI-MICROBIAL AGENTS

Sino Lion offers a number of anti-microbial agents with a wide range of applications. This category includes Oletron (Triclosan), Olecarbon (Triclocarban), Olecide(Iodopropynyl butylcarbamate) and Olecide PCMX (p-chloro-m-xylenol), Olecide SAL (Salicylic acid).

OletronTM (INCI Name: Triclosan) OletronTM (Triclosan) is a well-known broad spectrum antimicrobial agent for use in deodorant soap bars, liquid soaps, liquid hand washes, shower and bath products, lotions, creams, hair shampoos, shaving products, toothpaste and month rinses. Oletron has also found a wide range of Industrial and Institutional applications such as Hand disinfectants and Hard Surface disinfectants. In Household areas, Oletron has been used in dish-washing products, laundry detergents, softeners and hard surface cleaners. Other applications include packaging materials, medical devices, fibers, fabrics, flooring materials. Sino Lion offers three grades of Oletron: OletronTM For non-oral use OletronTM OC For oral care use OletronTM USP For pharmaceutical use, conforms to USP

OlecarbanTM (INCI Name: Triclocarban) Olecarban is an anti-microbial agent with wide inhibition against gram-positive

bacteria and fungi. Applications: Deodorant Bars, anti-microbial liquid soaps, detergents. Use Levels: 1-2%

OlecideTM S100 (INCI Name: Iodopropynyl butylcarbamate) Highly effective fungicide for cosmetics and personal care products, its active component is IPBC (Iodopropynyl butylcarbamate). It has unique properties and is cost effective. Even at a low concentration it provides a high level of antimicrobial activity to inhibit the growth of yeasts and molds.

Features: Highly effective fungicide: It’s far more effective against fungi compared to parabens, and it is cost effective. Safety: Compared to the traditional anti-fungicide used in personal care, OlecideTM S100 has been demonstrated to be safer and milder to the skin even for sensitive skin. pH tolerance: OlecideTM S100 is stable within a wide range of pH. Applications: May be used in cosmetic and personal care products widely.

Use Levels: Olecide S100 is generally used for making up blends or solutions, and the use levels vary widely.

OlecideTM PCMX (INCI Name: p-Chloro-m-xylenol) OlecideTM PCMX is a low toxicity biocide specifically developed for the broad spectrum microbiological protection of water based products against bacterial, fungi and yeast. It is a highly effective antimicrobial agent, which is widely used in professional antibacterial skin cleansers, disinfectants and antiseptics. It helps protect the skin against the spread of potentially harmful bacteria. Applications: Skin Cleansers; Liquid Soaps, Hand Bars, Sanitizers, Disinfectants; Antiseptics, etc. Use Levels: For antiseptics, 3-5% suggested. Other product type: 0.1-1%

OlecideTM SAL (INCI Name: Salicylic Acid) OlecideTM SAL is a crystalline solid (up to 159 oC). Salicylic acid has many positive

properties to help treating a variety of skin problems, including acne, pimples and blemishes. It also has good properties of anti-irritation and anti-inflammation. . OlecideTM SAL is known to improve skin thickness, skin barrier functions, collagen production and cell renewal furthermore it helps to reduce fine lines.

Applications: Skin-care products (for the treatment of acne, pimples, calluses, warts, sunburn, etc.), antiseptic in toothpaste, food preservatives, flavoring, and dyes.

Use level: 0.1-0.5%

MinoxTM ZPT-25 MinoxTM ZPT-25 is a complex which has been used since the 1930s, it has

comprehensive safety information and is recognized as the high effective anti-dandruff agent internationally. Its antifungal effect is proposed to derive from its ability to disrupt membrane transport by blocking the proton pump that energizes the transport mechanism. It can be used in topical applications to treat fungal or bacterial infections of the skin and hair, treat and prevent inching, flaking and scaling of the scalp caused by dandruff or seborrhea.

MinoxTM ZPT-25 is flake structure, which will bring less impact on the appearance of the pearlescent products compared with traditional ZPT products.

Applications: Anti-dandruff shampoo and conditioner; Cream, lotion, body wash; Deodorant products.

Use Level: Rinse-off products: 0.3~1.5% (measured by active ingredients)

1.3 ANTI-AGING AGENT

AgeGuardTM FA (INCI Name: Ferulic Acid) AgeGuardTM FA is a natural anti-oxidant offering anti-aging benefits, and it is a natural source for protection of skin damage from UV light. Structurally, it is similar to Octyl Methoxy Cinnamate, and render itself powerful UV absorption properties. Applications: Skin care, sun care, after sun, color cosmetics. Use Levels: 1-10 %

MAP SLTM ( INCI Name: Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) MAP SLTM (Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) is a stable vitamin C derivative, an antioxidant- radical scavenger, collagen enhancer, in addition to being a skin lightener. These attributes make it an ideal ingredient anti-aging formulation. Application: Skin care, sun care, after sun, color cosmetics. Use Level: 1-10 %

applications. Compared to menthol, KOKO ML offers low odor, low irritation, long-lasting cooling and freshening effects. Applications: facial cleansers, body shampoo, shower gels, foam baths, toothpaste, shampoos and conditioners Use Levels: 0.1-2%

KOKOTM ML-40 (INCI Name: Menthyl Lactate) KOKO ML-40 is a higher purity grade of Menthyl lactate. It provides extended, long

lasting cooling effects for cosmetic and food applications. Comparatively low odor and irritation contributes the cooling application. Applications: facial cleansers, body shampoo, shower gels, foam baths, toothpaste, shampoos and conditioners Use Levels: 0.1-2%

KOKOTM ML Plus II (INCI Name: Menthol and Menthyl Lactate) KOKOTM ML Plus II, a highly effective cooling agent, comprised by natural menthol and menthyl lactate. It delivers quick cooling response, long lasting, fresh cooling sensation. The menthol composition also improves body odor, prevents sun damage and promotes wound healing for sun damage.

Menthol CrystalTM (INCI Name: Menthol)

Menthol CrystalTM is cooling, refreshing, and has a pleasantly strong minty aroma. It is often used in cosmetics, salves, balms, medicated creams, throat lozenges, toothpaste, mouthwash, gum, foot sprays, pain relief or cooling body products, shampoos, conditioners, liniments, shaving creams, oral or throat sprays, compresses, medicated oils, and cooling gels. Menthol crystal is excellent for use in these products to help relieve muscular aches and pains, coughing, congestion, the flu, and upper respiratory problems.

Use level: 0.1-2%

1.5 WARMING AGENTS

SenseHotTM (INCI Name: Vanillyl Butyl Ether) SenseHotTM (Vanillyl butyl ether) is known as an active ingredient in personal care products to impart a warming sensation. Vanillyl butyl ether is also a flavoring agent used in food industry.

Applications: facial mask, creams, lotions, food flavors, etc. Use Levels: 0.05-1.0%

OlesunTM B-3 (INCI Name: Benzophenone-3)

OlesunTM B-3 is a broad spectrum UV filter which offers effective UVB absorption. It is frequently applied as a co-absorber in combination with other UVA or UVB absorber. OlesunTM B-3 is a fine crystalline powder. It is oil soluble and proper oily solvent shall be carefully selected to avoid possible re-crystallization in the final product. The

proposed use level is 2-5%, dependent upon the particular application and the sun protection factor claims. The maximum use level is 10% in EU and 6% in USA. Applications: UV absorber or UV absorption enhancer in cosmetic and personal care products. Use Levels: 2-5 %

OlesunTM B-4 (INCI Name: Benzophenone-4) OlesunTM B-4 is a broad band spectrum UV filter which offers both UVA and UVB protection. The sulfonic acid group makes OlesunTM B-4 water soluble. This acid group can be neutralized by the usual personal care neutralizing agents, such as TEA or NaOH. The neutralizing agent makes no effect on UV absorption characteristics. The proposed use level is 5-10% as a sunscreen agent, dependent upon the particular application and the sun protection factor claims. OlesunTM B-4 has a favorable safety profile; there is no evidence of toxicological risks in its sun care application. It has been approved by the FDA as a Category 1 sunscreen with worldwide approval, notably in EU, USA and Japan. The permitted maximum use level is 10%. OlesunTM B-4 is not compatible with Magnesium salts, especially in W/O emulsion systems. Applications: UV absorber or UV absorption enhancer in cosmetic and personal care products. Use Levels: 5-10%

2.2 AMINO ACID-BASED SURFACTANTS

EversoftTM Series EversoftTM is a series of amino acid based surfactants, which are derived from natural materials. EversoftTM series include Glycinates and Sarcosinates. These amino acid-based surfactants are best alternative to sulfate-free, super mild surfactants.

EversoftTM YCS-30 (Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate, minimal salt ) EversoftTM YCS-30 is a super mild surfactant, which provides excellent cleansing properties with luxurious after-feel.

EversoftTM YCS-30S (Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate, ~5% salt) EversoftTM YCS-30S is similar to EversoftTM YCS-30, except that the former contains about 5% salt while the latter has minimal salt.

EversoftTM YCK (Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate) EversoftTM YCK is similar to the Sodium version, but it has lower foaming power.

They impart an exceptional, conditioned, afterfeel to skin or hair and are non-irritating to eyes and skin. EverMAPTM 24K50 are ideally suited for use in many personal care applications such as shower cleansers, bubble bath, baby washes, facial cleansers, make-up removers and many other mild cleansing preparations.

EverMAPTM 160K (INCI Name: Potassium Cetyl Phosphate) EverMAPTM 160K is a water soluble long chain organic phosphate ester supplied as potassium salt with powder form. It is generally used as a co-emulsifier with low HLB nonionics, and is completely non-irritating to skin. EverMAPTM 160K is easily dissolved into the hot water during emulsion processing. EverMAPTM 160K, at low use concentrations, will enhance the stability of emulsions and help to thicken creams and lotions. It can replace TEA-stearate in most preparations. Appications: EverMAPTM 160K is ideally suited for use in personal care products, notably dermatological skin care products. Use Level: 0.5-5%.

3. NATURAL PRODUCTS

3.1 NATURAL PRODUCTS

Pearl Series Sino Lion offers a series of pearl products that include PPP-100, Pearl Plus SL and Pearl SL. PPP-100 is pure pearl powder in water dispersible form, Pearl Plus SL is pure pearl powder in water soluble form while Pearl SL is hydrolyzed pearl in liquid form. Since the ancient times, pearl powder has been highly regarded in China as a beneficial health and remedy ingredient that is widely used in expensive Chinese medicines and health and nutritional preparations. It is believed that the utilization of the pearl can nourish the skin, strengthen the body; and slow down the aging process. More recently, scientists have extensively analyzed pearl powder and found that the most beneficial ingredients in pearl powder are the 14-18 amino acids (including the eight that can not be synthesized by the human body), and many minerals including bio-active calcium, magnesium and trace levels of iron, copper, zinc, etc.). Pearl can be used as an additive to cosmetics and personal care products. When used in cosmetics and personal care products, they work synergistically to enhance the action of any skin moisturizer, skin lightener/toner, skin repair and UV-protection products. Once absorbed into the skin, it promotes the growth of new skin cells and replenishes the cells of the skin’s surface giving a smooth, fine, elastic and naturally beautiful skin. Other functions of pearl include promoting the activities of SOD (Super Oxide Dismutase) and preventing melanin formation. The functionalities of skin whitening and prevention of skin aging are achieved because the SOD enhancement has the function of clearing the skin of cellulite-like toxins. It is also suitable for use in creams and lotions designed to heal minor slow healing wounds, treatment of boils, pigmentation disorders, blemishes

etc. It also acts as an exfoliator with functions similar to alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids without any irritation and harshness. When used in color cosmetics, it moisturizes and neutralizes UV-damage while imparting an incredible skin after-feel. Pearl has the advantages of complete safety, no record of animal testing and a long history of use in traditional medicines and cosmetics, attributes for skin lightening; UV-protection, reduction in trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), all these have stimulated much interests in this natural product. The possibilities to incorporate this natural ingredient into a cosmetic formulation is endless, which include but not limited to creams, lotions, milks, facial cleansers, facial masks, vanishing creams, massage creams, lipsticks, facial powder, eye shadow and other high-end cosmetics.

HerbSenseTM Extract PC-99 and PC-98 (INCI Name: Resveratrol)

HerbSense Extract PC-99 (99%) and PC-98 (98%) is a highly concentrated form

of resveratrol (99% and 98% minimum trans-Resveratrol, respectively), extracted from the roots of a Chinese Herb, called “Hu Zhang” ( Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc.). It is a new natural source for resveratrol, which provides formulators and researchers with exciting new opportunities in their innovative product research and development efforts. Resveratrol (trans-3,5,4’-trihydroxystilbene) has generated a lot of interest recently since Dr. Pezzuto and his colleagues published a paper in Science showing that resveratrol in grapes may prevent cancer. Resveratrol is one of a group of compounds (called phytoalexins) that are produced in plants during times of environmental stress such as adverse weather or insect, animal or pathogenic attack. Resveratrol has been identified in more than 70 species of plants, including mulberries and peanuts. Grapes, however, are the most well-known sources. This compound is also thought to be responsible, in part, for the cholestrol-lowering effects of red wine and may also explain why those consuming a Mediterranean-type diet (of which red wine consumption is characteristic) may have a reduced risk of heart disease-“The French Paradox”. In the current study, resveratrol was shown to be effective during all three phases of the cancer development process: initiation, promotion and progression. Resveratrol was found to have antioxidant and antimutagenic activity and also increased levels of the phase II drug-metabolizing enzyme quinone reductase, an enzyme capable of metabolically detoxifying carcinogens, thereby ridding them from the body. All three of these physiological effects are indicative of resveratrol preventing cancer initiation-the initial, irreversible stage of the cancer process. Resveratrol also demonstrated anti-inflammatory effects and inhibited the activity of the cyclooxygenase and hydroperoxidase enzymes.

It is desirable that these health benefits of resveratrol be extended to skin care, especially in sun skin products. However, no high purity resveratrol was available up until our Extract PC was introduced.

Olevamoist HATM (INCI Name: Hyaluronic Acid (Na)) Olevamoist HATM is the powder form of high purity, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (sodium salt form). Hyaluronic acid is the natural muco-polysaccharide that exists in a variety of human and animal tissues. It is a very long linear polysaccharide chain formed by bonding N-acetyl-D-glucosamine with glucuronic acid. Hyaluronic Acid is well known for its outstanding ability for water retention and is widely used in cosmetic and personal care products as well as in OTC products and pharmaceutical preparations. Applications: Skin Care Products, Hair Care Products, OTC and Pharmaceutical

ChitosanTM (INCI Name: Chitosan) Chitosan is a partially deacetylated polymer of N-acetyl glucosamine. The molecular weight varies from10,000 to more than 1,000,000 daltons. The mole fraction of deacetylated units, defined as the degree of deacetylation, is usually from 70% to 90%. In acidic conditions, the deacetylated amino groups are protonized to form high positive charge densities and make the chitosan soluble in water. As a result, chitosan is usually dissolved in a dilute, weak acid, such as acetic acid, citric acid or lactic acid. Chitosan possesses moisturizing ability, film-forming ability and ability to control flow characteristics, and these properties are useful in a variety of cosmetic applications. Apart from the cosmetic applications, chitosan has found widespread applications as a fat absorber in the health food industry. Applications: Skin Care Products, Hair Care Products; Health Food Products. Use Level: 1-10%

EverQuatTM PQ-7 (INCI Name: Polyquaternium-7) EverQuatTM PQ-7 is the aqueous solutions of the highly charged cationic copolymer of diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide High solubility in water and compatibility with all types of surfactants make EverQuatTM PQ-7 an excellent ingredient which can be incorporated into hair care and skin care formulations. EverQuatTM PQ-10 (INCI Name: Polyquaternium-10) EverQuatTM PQ-10 (Chemical Name: Polyquaternium-10) is cellulosic backbone polyquaternium derived from natural renewable materials. It’s surfactant compatible cationic conditioner useful in a broad range of personal care products. This water soluble modified cellulosic is highly cationic over the entire useful pH range, is substantive to hair and skin, and provides such aesthetic benefits as improved wet comb, detangling, lubricity, and rich feel. It can also contribute significantly thickening effects. The EverQuatTM PQ-10 series contains HCK-50 & LCH-20. The EverQuatTM PQ-10 HCK-50 is the highly viscosity variant of its chemically similar product, the EverQuatTM PQ-10 LCH-20 with lower viscosity. Applications: Conditioners, creams, gels, liquid soaps, mousses, personal wash products, setting lotions, shampoos, skin lotions, spray gels, etc. Use Levels: 0.5-5.0%
