Our traditional 4 spoke rings are available in
sizes from 510mm (20”) to 660mm (26”) for
any axle size up to 75mm (3”). These can be
used with or without breaker rings for better
cleaning and clod breaking - speak to us for

Agricast has a well-equipped machine shop with lathes,
turning, milling and drilling machines. We also have threading
machines, for both left hand and right hand threads.
Our range of machines means that we can customise a wide
range of parts, such as axles, roll rings and press rings to suit
your specific needs; give us a call to discuss your requirements

MACHINE SHOP
In 2013 Agricast installed a CAD controlled 200 Amp plasma cutter, meaning that we are able to cut out sheet steel in thicknesses between 2mm and 32mm. This machine allows us to fabricate subsoiler legs in HARDOX 500 to suit almost any machine and enables us to create custom legs so you can use different wearing parts. We also use this accurate cutting tool to fabricate brackets, end plates and profiles to alter and adapt your heavy cultivation machines:
add cultivation tines to your press;
convert your single press to a double press;
change your crumbler bar and scrapers;
see your ideas cut out and on our machine.
