Juicy pork butt with the sauerkraut and potatoes
For preparing the dish we will need the pot hung on the tripod. Put two spoonfuls of the lard into the pot and wait until it dissolves. Throw chopped onion into hot fat. When onion shines, add sliced meat. When the meat gains, the ruddy colour, pour water into the pot so that entirely cover the meat. Cook for 30 minutes.Next add some potatoes cut up into the small bone. Season contents of the pot with sweet pepper, pepper and Vegeta - subjective amount. Cook everything for 10 minutes more. After this time add some sauerkraut. Cook everything until the meat becomes appropriately tender.Ready! Bon appétit!

Grill hit: Curry chicken breast with cauliflowers and a dry white wine
Cut chicken breast in stripes. Add seasoning: pepper, Vegeta, and - what’s most important - large amount of curry which plays key role in this dish. The next step is chopping garlic and washing and splitting cauliflower. Now prepare the cooking dish. Hang the pot on the tripod, pour some oil, wait for the right tem-perature. When it gets hot, put the chicken slices inside the pot. When it gets ready, put the cauli-flower and garlic in, pour the wine and let it cook for 40 minutes.The dish is ready! It is guaranteed that everybody will love it! Enjoy!

The next step is adding chicken wings, leek, carrot and parsley. After that pour an oil onto frying pan and fry the onion until it is lightly burnt, than add it to the broth. Essence of Hungarian cuisine - tasty letcho with mushrooms
First get the campfire ready, hang the pot on the tripod and pour some oil into it.Cut smoked bacon and backfat in squares and put it into heated oil. Fry it until the fat is rendered, then take them out.The next step is frying onion and garlic chopped into dice.After the onions soften into translucency add sliced sausage. Stir everything often. When ingredients are browned add mushrooms. Stir it again and add seasonings.Add peeled tomatoes and sliced peppers. After that pour 500 ml of water into it.Stir it again and add bacon and backfat prepared earlier. At the end add some ketchup for the bet-ter taste and aroma. Stew it for 20 minutes more. Do not forget about stirring it. Our letcho is ready! We are sure that everyone will like it! Enjoy the dish!
