3rd Generation Low-Mid Range Superplasticizer

SikaPlast®-2000 P4 GN is a third generation low-mid range superplasticizer for concrete and mortar. It meets the requirements for superplasticizers according to ASTM C494 type G.

Uses:n Suitable for the production of site mixed as well as ready-mix concreten Used for concrete with extended transportation or placing timen Facilitates good water reduction, excellent flow properties optimal cohesion and highest self compaction behaviour

SikaPlast-2000 P4 GN is used for the following types of concrete:n Hot weather concrete and concrete with extended transportation or placing timen Concrete with highest water reduction (10-15% typical)n High strength concreten Grade 20-40 mpa low medium-high workability concrete, 75mm - 200mm slump

A concrete plasticizer specially designed for Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) structures

Uses:Sika® Plastiment-25 TM PH is used in structural and mass concrete where long setting times and improved workability are required, such asprojects with:n Large pours, to prevent formation of cold joints in RCC dams etc.n Long travel times from the concrete plant to siten Difficult placing conditions and detailn High ambient temperature

S Sika® Antisol SCuring Agent For ConcreteSika® Antisol S is a ready to use solution which forms a micro-crystalline seal in the concrete pores reducing the evaporation rate of moisture from the concrete mix and thus assisting in the complete curing process.

Uses:n Applied to fresh concrete surfaces to form an impervious layer which protects the concrete from rapid water evaporation during initial curing stages.

n Particulary recommended for the treatment of vertical surfaces which will receive subsequent treatments or where resin based curing membranes would be unsuitable.

n Useful in buildings and manufacturing industries

Sika® FumeAdditive for Durable and High UltimateStrength Concrete

SikaFume is a new generation concreteadditive in loosely agglomerated particles form based on silica fume technology. It is a highly effective additive for the production of high performance concrete.

Uses:SikaFume is used in shortcrete, structural concrete, precast concrete and other fields of concrete construction where high demands are imposed on the quality of fresh and hardened concrete.

Advantages:SikaFume contains extremely fine latently reactive silicic dioxide.The presence of the substance imparts greatly improved internal cohesion and water retention in the fresh concrete. In the hardened concrete, the latently reactive silica fume forms a chemical bond with the free lime (CaOH2). The additional formation of hydration products results in a significantly denser cement matrix.

With the use of SikaFume the concrete will show the following properties:n High stability of green concrete n Highly increased durabilityn Increased ultimate strengths n Increased abrasion resistancen Increased water tightnessn Increased gas tightnessn Reduced chloride penetration

Sika® Formol-EXChemical Form Release Compound for PrecastersA chemical release agent for use on both wooden and steel molds, Sika® Formol-EX offers protection to both steel and timber formwork as it acts as a rust inhibitor and waterproofer.

Uses:n Can be used with excellent effect on formwork designed to produce all types of finishes, from fair-faced to textured. n Has been found to assist in the protection of equipment used in the handling and placing of concrete. A thin coating on Bowls, Borrows, Skips, Shovels, etc. will make these easier to clean and protects against corrosion. Advantages:Sika® Formol-EX can be applied by eitherspray, brush or roller. Surfaces should beclean and free from greasy and old concrete.

Sika®AER PHAir-entraining Concrete AdmixtureA ready to use highly concentrated air-entraining concrete admixture. Its efficiency is based upon the entrainment into the mix of a high number of correctly sized and evenly distributed air bubbles; complies with ASTM C260-94.
