DAKO Company produces PVC doors of latest generation. It is featured by high thermal and acoustic insulation as well as optimal stability due to the extensive steel reinforcements. The threshold construction is the guarantee of the ideal insu-lation also in the bottom part of the door and the double seal

eliminates draughts and lowers heat loss. The aluminium drip cap allows for water drainage during rain. There is a possibil-ity of the exterior door of innovative profile DPQ-82. The door is featured by tightness and thermal insulation, furthermore they ideally match with windows in system DPQ-82.

WOODEN WINDOWS AND DOORS

WINDOW DDF-92

Due to the modern technology, DAKO company may offer top-quality wooden joinery. It is made of the highest class, selected wood. DAKO offers a wide range of colours and patterns which are also available in untypical shapes like arches, circles, trapezoids and others. The company produces windows of pine, meranti and larch wood as well as other wood types on customer's demand.Pine - it is the most approved type of wood. Is featured by durability and good mechanical properties. Has a specific drawing of a conifer.Meranti - it is an exotic, noble type of wood which derives from Asia. It is featured by type of grains within the domestic species. Larch - it is a very immune wood. It is the only type which does not rot in sea water. It has the resistance class 3-4 which

means that in severe conditions and direct contact with the ground it can live even 15 years. The hardness of larch is comparable to hardness of oak,and its fire-resistance is twice of pine.

DAKO wooden windows have very stiff construction and resistance to deformations. The innovative drip cap and protective list of Gutmann protect the most fragile part of the window against atmospheric conditions. The new generation, durable and aesthetic TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) seal was applied. The tripple layer of ecological, protective varnish of Sikkens not only protects but also emphasizes the wood natural beauty.

DAKO Company produces garage door of top-quality materials in a wide range of colours and patterns of panels. Rails, hinges, fittings and other structural components are made of galvanized steel. the cover of panels is made of steel fire galvanized tin, covered with polyester varnish or veneer. The panel inside is filled with polyurethane foam which carries high thermal insulation U=0,54 W/m2K. Seals on the entire door are made of black rubber. the weight of door is balanced by means of torsion springs.

In garage door the vertical and horizontal rails are joined by means of metal arch which makes the whole construction more stable.

There is possibility to produce side doors with the same filling as panels of garage doors.

In DAKO garage doors we use the highest quality automation which is equipped with safety switch-off, possibility of photocells and soft-start function application. Due to this garage door works quietly and its programming and

operation are not difficult. Additional advantage of the automation used in the DAKO garage doors is possibility to operate garage doors and roller blinds with the same remote control.

DAKO Company produces roller garage doors with aluminium box, rails and mantle. The wide range of lamella colours (mantle) embraces several colours including also wood-like colour-golden oak.

In standard roller garage door is equipped with actuator with balance switch manually controlled by means of wall switch and key wall switch (from outside). Roller garage door is also equipped with an emergency winding crank.

Additional options applied in garage doors are among other things: glazed lamellas or lamellas with air-holes, radio-steered by means of pilot and photo-cells.

Industrial doors, adjusted to intensive use made of top-quality and durability materi-als. Rails, hinges, fittings and other construction elements are made of galvanized steel whilst door panels with polyurethane foam inside are made of fire galvanized tin. the panel features high thermal insulation u=0,54 W/m2K. There is an option of production identical mantle and filling of wicket door or side door in DAKO Company.

DAKO Company roller blinds are used as the practical type of curtain which effectively protects against burglaries, heat loss, noise and atmospheric conditions. They are available in three systems and due to the wide range of colours or veneers they match to almost each window. It creates interesting and harmonious architectural solutions. Additional advantage of roller blinds is an option of application the protection against lifting or shutter break off which improves safety of use.

OUTSIDE ROLLER BLINDS (DK-RZS, DK-RZP, DK-RZO) Outside roller blinds are available in type DK-RZS with pentagonal box and in type DK-RZO with rounded box. Box and rails are made of aluminium. In standard each roller blind is mounted from the outside of building, on window frame or elevation. The system is applied both in new and already existing buildings. In roller blinds DK-RZS, DK-RZP and DK-RZO there is an option of mosquito screen application in box of roller blind.

FLUSH-MOUNTED ROLLER BLINDS (DK-RSP)Box and rails are made of aluminium. Roller blind is mounted during building insulation. Due to plastering profile, the elevation is put in front of the roller blind box which makes it invisible. Roller blind is totally outside of the building which prevents from thermal bridge. In roller blinds DK-RSP there is an option of mosquito screen application in box of roller blind.

TOP ROLLER BLINDS (DK-RNB, DK-RNC)PVC rails are mounted to window frame whereas box is mounted to the top part of window frame. Such a set is braced to window opening. The roller blinds are dedicat-ed to new buildings with the left space or buildings for the exchange of roller blinds. There is an option of developing the box from outside and inside part of the building (DK-RNB). For the type DK-RNC building is provided from the outside part of building. In roller blind DK-RNB and DK-RNC there is an option of mosquito screen application in box of roller blind.

DAKO roller blinds can be operated manually or by means of retractor, crank or engine. The engines of well-known companies allow for group steering by means of a single button or switch. With the use of time or daily controllers, their handling is much more easy.

DAKO offers textile roller blinds in wide range of colours and patterns of textiles in various darkening options The company offers a few solutions of textile roller blinds which match with different types of windows and different ways of installation. The steering mechanisms are: chain, spring mechanism or engine. Textiles can be finished with frills or bottom aluminium lists. DAKO Company produces textile roller blinds: DK-MAJA, DK-BLANKA, DK-VERA, DK-IGA, DK-NINA, DK-LUISA as well as day/night type textiles DK-STELLA, DK-KLARA, DK-ROMA. In DK-VERA roller blind rails can slightly cover light passage on the glass and they are visible outside. In textiles DK-IGA and DK-NINA rails are compatible with glass list and do not cover the light of the glass.

Offer of mosquito nets embraces five solutions which common function is to pro-tect against mosquitoes whereas they differ in construction type and possibility of usage. In mosquito screens we apply carbon-fibre grid which is resistant to atmo-spheric conditions and mechanical damages.

WINDOW MOSQUITO NET (DK-MO)It is designed for montage on window frame by means of special hooks. Aluminium profiles are available in colour: white (RAL 9016), chocolate brown (RAL 8017), dark brown (RAL 8022) and in wood-like colours: golden oak, nut, winchester and ma-hogany. There is a possibility of varnishing mosquito frames in any RAl colour. Grid available in colour grey and black. In standard mosquito screen in white colour has grey grid and mosquito screen in brown colour has black one.

DOOR MOSQUITO NET (DK-MD)It is designed for montage on hinges to window frame of balcony door. Door mos-quito net is equipped in hinges with self-closing function and 2 magnetic hangers, set of grips and stiffening bar. Aluminium profiles are available in colour: white (RAL 9016), chocolate brown (RAL 8017), golden oak (RAL 8003), nut brown (RAL 8028), anthracite-grey (RAL 7016). There is a possibility of varnishing mosquito profiles in any RAL colour. Grid available in colour grey and black.

ROLLER MOSQUITO NETS (DK-MZ)The mosquito screen of this type is rolled to cassette and designed for montage on window frame or elevation. Cassettes, rails and bottom lists are made in white (RAL 9016). There is a possibility of varnishing cassettes, rails and bottom lists in any RAL colour. Side elements of winding mechanism operational grips, brake of bottom list and grid are in black colour. There is an option of winding side mosquito production (for balcony door).

ROLLER MOSQUITO NET IN BOX OF ROLLER BLIND (DK-MR)Roller mosquito screen is winded to box and integrated with all roller blinds systems. For roller blind type DK-RNB i DK-RNC mosquito rails are made of aluminium and fastened between the window frame and shutter rail. Mosquito rails are available in standard colours: white (RAL 9016) and dark brown (RAL 8019). For recessed and outside system roller blinds there is a double joint aluminium rail both for mosquito screen and roller shutter in colour: white (RAL 9016), dark brown (RAL 8019), brown (RAL 8014), grey (RAL 7038). There is a possibility of varnishing rails in any RAL colour. Grid available in colour grey and black.

SLIDING MOSQUITO NET (DK-MP)The system of sliding mosquito net DK-MP is used in large, glazed balconies, terraces and winter gardens. Sash of mosquito net slides between upper and bottom rail. In lower part applied is of roller with mechanism, enabling continuous adjustment of the angle of inclination each of the wings. Wide selection of rails allows for installation of mosquito nets in various variants, for almost all types of doors. The system also guarantees a collision-free operation with external roller blinds. The system uses the brake to slow down the movement of the mosquito net sashes in the end position and the bumper, preventing hitting the frame in ride rail. Colours: white, brown, silver, anthracite-grey, golden oak, nut.
