With over 20 years of industry leading experience, Techno Plas is a fully Australian owned and operated company with our head offi ce in St Marys, South Australia.

At our facility we have over 30 state of the art injection moulding machines. Our constant improvement program ensures that all equipment is constantly being upgraded to ensure the latest technology that is most suited to the many individual items we manufacture, is used.

Our large investment in production innovation also sees an industry leading, highly automated plant. This can operate at full capacity 24 hours a day, seven days a week … two thirds of that time being in ‘lights out’ and unmanned mode.

Such an automation focus provides considerable operational effi ciencies and delivery guarantees.

Most importantly, it helps deliver maximum product consistency and contributes to our uncompromising commitment to quality.

That commitment is further enhanced by our unrelenting environmental controls which see all products being manufactured in a rigourously maintained ‘clean environment’.

Overall, it is our aim to ensure that our Quality Assurance contributes to that of our customers, in a way that the standard of our products helps end users minimize their risk, that reproducibility of results is not compromised by the consumables in use and that each stock item is ideally suited to the application in which it will be used.

Transparent, high clarity with excellent light permeability. Thermal stability is good to approximately 70 degrees celsius. Not suitable for high centrifugal forces or autoclaving. Affected by fats and solvents
