Lead generation is the generation of consumer interest or inquiry into a product offering. Leads are prospective customers who express an interest in the purchase of a product offering. “Hot” leads have already indicated an interest in a product offering, while “cold” leads have no prior engagement with a product offering.

We utilise our own database to deliver both hot and cold leads to our clients through different direct marketing channels.

Our Lead Management System (LMS) is a platform that provides a holistic view of responses received from marketing campaigns containing a call-to-action.
