■ 25 - 2500 kVA in power interval, hight voltaj level up to 36 kV, single or three-phase, oil immersed, naturel cooling (ONAN), no-load tap changer or with load automatic tap changer, both outdoor and indoor, are designed at form.
■ Hermetically sealed transformers being closed to atmosphere and pressure of hermetically sealed transformers are manufactured at figüre adjusted in factory.
■ Oil pressure of hermetically sealed transformers changes because of thermic effect and corrugated wall of tank is holded with expansion-contraction and versus this effects is designed at figüre will withstand.
■ There is not the conservator tank on hermetically sealed transformers. The oil is filled into tank after air of the oil is got inside of special vacuumrooms. Since the humidity consequently is not existed inside of tank, born of from oxidation deterioration of the oil is reduced to zero.
■ Since there is not the conservator tank on hermetically sealed transformers, their heights are smaller than tranformers with oil conservator tank and thereof they are used smaller in fields.
■ The oil of hermetically sealed transformers is no necessary to changing in specific periods since the oil doesn’t contact with atmosphere.

TransformersCast Resin (Dry Type) Transformers
■ Windings of HV and LV of these transformers are covered completely with cast epoxy resin under vacuum.
■ 25 - 2500 kVA in power interval, high voltage level up to 36 kV, naturel cooling (AN) or fan cooling (AF), they are manufactured and choices. (Power increase up to 50 % is provided with used cooling fan)
Why Cast Resin Transformers?
■ Since the covering is fabricated under vacuum, the humidity and air bubble no being. It protects versus hard
situations. Hence cast resin transformers are used at humid and dirty fields.
■ Cast epoxy resin that covers windings is fireproof. Thereof these transformers don’t exist fire danger and leakage risk. They are safety and environment friendly for these characters.
■ Dimensions of cast resin transformers are smaller than oil immersed transformers. They occupy less field according to oil immersed transformers.
■ Cast resin transformers provide transformer life more long time for low thermal and dialectic ageing effects according to oil immersed transformers.

Power Transformers The manufacturing of power transformers done in accordance with international standarts (IEC, ANSI, ete.) and therefore, our transformers will most of the requirements existing on varios markets, moreover, we can manufacture transformers according to customers4 specific requirements.
The power transformers are designed to operate in temperate elimate conditions (Standard designed), in special elimate condition such as: tropical dry-humid, tropical dry, highly polluted mining areas and in any other environmetal conditions.
Small Oil Immersed Distribution
These trasformers are rated up to 5000 KVA at voltages up to 36 kV. They are delivered with copper or aluminum windings. off load voltage control +/- 2x2.5%, hermetically sealed or conservator types and voltages’ terminals brought out thorough bushings or cable boxes.
Large Oil Immersed Distribution
These transformers are up to 40 MVA at voltages up to 110 kV. They are delivered with copper or aluminum windings, dff Circuit (OCTC) or on load tap changers (OLTC). ONAN and ONAF cooling and AVR panel.
Medium Power Transformers
These transformers are rated up to 6.3 to 100 MVA at voltages up to 230 kV. They are delivered with off Circuit (OCTC) or on load tap changers (OLTC), ONAN, ONAF and OFAF cooling and AVR panel.
Large Power Transformers
These trasformers are rated up to 440 MVA at voltages up to 420 kV. They are delivered with off Circuit (OCTC) or on load tap changers (OLTC), ONAN, ONAF, OFAF and OFWF cooling, full winding or auto transformers and AVR panel. They can be network or generator trasformers.

Silicon Composite Insulator
Insulator is one of the most important items on any transmission overhead line. This item is the backbone of the transmission system in minimizing interreptions and outages and proviting for a safe plant. Therefore the quality of the insulator is very important.
Before 1950s, insulator technology was largely limited to porcelain. In the early 1950’s toughed-glass insulators were introduced in Europe and achived rapid expansion worldwide. This technology was introduced in North America between 1950 and 1960 and rapidly gained popularity in the 1960s through 1980s as major high-voltage grids were being completed. During 1970s, NCI (Non Ceramic Insulators) Insulators were introduced and gained rapid growth and acceptance in the 1980s.
