Frequently Asked Questions

What happens at my viewing?We allow an hour for your appointment which begins with a slideshow of your portraits. Your viewing consultant will then guide you through the process, advising you on the available products and creating a custom collection of portraits to suit your requirements.

Who needs to attend the viewing?All adults included in the shoot need to come back to view the photographs, as do the parents/guardians of those under 21years. You are also welcome to invite any other interested parties such as partners, siblings, grandparents, aunties and uncles. We also recommend that you leave children with sitters where possible, as this allows you to concentrate on the photographs more easily.

What do I need to do before my appointment?We recommend that you consider the available products, discuss which would best suit you and whether you would like to purchase any gifts for family and friends. When considering wall art, don’t forget to measure the spaces available in your home so you can choose the appropriate size.

When will my order be ready?All our products are made to order and will be available to collect from the studio approximately 6 weeks after your order is placed. Should you require your order to be fast-tracked, this may be possible for a surcharge of 20%.

How do I pay for my order?Full payment is required upon ordering or 25% deposit when ordering with a payment plan - see below. We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards, except American Express.

Can I pay in instalments?0% interest payment plans are available for orders over £500; allowing you to pay for your order across four instalments. To set up a payment plan, you’ll need to pay a deposit of at least 25% of the balance at your viewing and the remainder will be taken from your card on three further agreed dates.e.g. Storyboard frame £795 - £20 booking deposit = £775 which could be paid as £205 at the viewing & three further payments of £190
