The YGHP heating element comes as a flange design to help with maintenance times and servicing. Most brands build their electric water heaters to last 3-5 years. Ours are built to exceed this line time and with regular servicing can reach a life time of up to 20 years.

The Direct HIU has a plate heat exchanger sized to meet the DHW loads.

Heating is direct from the primary communal side, regulated by an electric actuator which can be linked to a room thermostat to give comfort and control.

Balancing valves for complete unit and radiator side is used to control the pressure difference across and in the system.

Stainless steel heat exchanger and thermostatic controlling valve to have a stable temperature domestic hot water.
