Highly versatile printer

• Larger Ink drop

• 3 different drop sizes are automatically selected from 7drop sizes, depending on the selected print quality (profile)

• When working with SS21, the 7 drop sizes are 4pl,7pl,8pl,14pl,16pl,24pl, and 35pl

• High speed printing with high densities is attained by taking advantage of the maximum drop size of 35pl

• The variable dot technology, with a maximum dot size of 35pl, is used for the highest productivity of 56.2m²/h with SS21/BS3 and 58m²/h with SB53

• This gives the printer a wide coverage, from high resolutions with high qualities to low resolution printing, with higher densities

# Questions Answers

1 Are white ink and silver ink supported? No, those aren’t. JV150 does not have ink circulation system.

2 Is the NCU same as JV5’s？ No t isn’t. JV5’s NCU checks nozzles while scanning, but , JV150’ NCU checks nozzles per transferred file or set length.

3 How the PANTONE color coverage is calibrated? The coverage of the gamut of Lab value.

4 What is the outdoor resistance of Orange ink? Equivalent to CMYK.

5 Is the CMYKLcLm ink set available? No, it isn’t. Because, the print speed is same as CMYKLcLmLkOr ink set.

6 Is sublimation ink supported? Yes, it is.

7 Is RLP5 supported? No, it isn’t.

8 Is the ink set between BS3 and SS21 switchable? No, it isn’t.

9 Is the Ethernet connection supported? No, it isn’t. LAN port is for the event mail notification.

10 Can MAPS3 be turned OFF? No, it can’t.

11 Has the power source of the Drying fan unit to be separated from the printer's?

Yes, it has to be. Power supply of less than 1.4A is required. (No restriction on voltage)

12 Is the power source required for the Air exhaust unit separately from the printer or the Drying fan unit?

No, it doesn’t. Because, the Air exhaust unit draws power from the Drying fan.In order to use the Air exhaust unit, the Drying fan unit has to be installed at the same time.

13 What is the precaution when using external heater? Please use optional Relay Box to make it work in conjunction with the printer's state.
