The TUFF-TRAC range also includes steel for 2t-13t machines. We support our focus on reducing customer downtime and increasing productivity by stocking the steels as fully assembled track groups all ready to go. Speed of supply is coupled with peace of mind in our industry leading 2000hr product warrantee.

STEEL TRACKS

DUMPER RUBBER

Suppling rubber tracks up to 900mm wide, our high tech natural rubber compound contains a minimum of 75% natural rubber. Natural rubber is more dense and flexible than the cheaper and more commonly used synthetic and recycled alternatives increasing wear life for machines that get everything New Zealand’s terrain can throw at them. Tracks for more common machines such as Marooka MST800 and Komatsu CD110R are kept in stock whilst all other sizes are available on an indent basis.

SKIDSTEER RUBBER

We are pleased to announce that we stock New Zealand’s only aftermarket skidsteer tracks with continuous steel cording – all other tracks are either Kevlar or nylon based. The new technology of steel cording for even Skidsteer tracks has been tried and tested in Australia where operators are reporting OEM levels of performance at significantly less cost.

CITY PADSThese pads are different from other types in that they are bolted directly on to the Track chain using track bolts in the same way that a steel track would be.

CLIP-ON RUBBER PADSClip-on type Rubber pads are available for use when you do not have pre-drilled bolt holes in your steel pads.

THESE VERSATILE PADS ARE AVAILABLE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF DIFFERENT MACHINES.

In order to identify which clip-on pad you require it is necessary for us to know the following information:

THE TUFF-PAD RANGE OF RUBBER PADS ARE EXCLUSIVELY MANUFACTURED FOR MAINLINE TRACK AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR TRACKED EXCAVATORS FROM 5-30 TONS.

This unique system of heavy duty rubber pads allows you to retain your existing steel tracks for use on rough terrains whilst enabling them to be converted to rubber when working on surfaces which must not get damaged.

Easily fitted in minimal time, this system allows you to interchange between steel and rubber depending on site conditions without ever changing the tracks.

TUFF-PADS ARE AVAILABLE IN 3 DIFFERENT STYLES AND IN A NUMBER OF SIZES.

BOLT ON PADS

Bolt on pads are very popular for excavators which have bolt holes pre-drilled in the steel pads and are available in various sizes.

Please have available for us the width of the steel Track Pad and bolt hole spacings as shown in fig. B & C on page 17.

Mainline Track’s range of Ripper picks are an essential attachment for digger operators.

This single shank ripper is uniquely shaped to give maximum point loading. Constructed from quality high grade steel, this ripper can tackle any mission.

Our customers use these rippers for; tearing up hard ground, tarmac and concrete. Ripping through tree roots and quarry applications.

The larger rippers from 6 ton up have a replaceable tooth. The smaller rippers have a simple welded bizalloy insert.

Mainline Track’s range of Trenching Spades are an extremely useful tool, designed to be used in clay and other sticky materials where the clogging of a conventional trenching bucket can cause problems.

Complete with a Hardoxcutting edge, this attachment is brilliant for precise trenching where accurate and clean trench walls are required.

We have a range of different widths in stock now to suit machines from 1-20t, and will even manufacture one specifically to the dimensions you require.

Meet Mainline Track’s range of “Tuff“ tilt buckets. The toughest tilt bucket you will ever need to own!

Designed by our experts and tested in the harshest environment Mainline Track’s range of tilt buckets are the ultimate attachment for shaping and finishing work.

All our tilt buckets are twin cylinder making them strong, firm and powerful. The cylinders are single acting displacement type. This means there are fewer seals and moving parts. The ram spears are Induction hardened so they can withstand impact and wear with damage. Mainline Track’s range of tilt buckets only require a total of 2 hydraulic hoses which come supplied with the bucket.

The shape of these buckets is brilliant for drain cleaning. The large hydraulic cylinders will allow you to tilt the bucket to 45 degree’s each way and when you remove it from the machine it will sit on the floor of the bucket without falling over on its back making it easier to connect with your hitch and preventing it from filling with water while not in use.

Mainline Track’s range of Clamp Buckets are an advanced concept in attachments and offer superior functionality. The exceptionally durable bucket is fitted with a ‘thumb’, allowing the operator to pick up items while still moving within the full crowding range of the excavator.

These heavy duty buckets are fitted with an oversized cylinder which provides extra pressure and allows the operator to bran and move extremely large items. Ears are positions on both sides of the cylinder protecting it from any damage, and a check valve is fitted to prevent the dropping of any item, should the excavator suddenly lose hydraulic pressure.

From handling waste, brush and logs to moving stones, pipes and landscaping materials, the Mainline Track’s range of Clamp Bucket is suited to a wide variety of applications. But where is really shines in on demolition sites, where the extra functionality makes it ideal for everything from tearing down concrete structures and sorting debris, to separating steel from the rubble and loading it onto trucks.

This is the genuine article. The legendary Chubb Thumb is built in New Zealand.

With over 4000 Chubb Thumbs out there doing it every day; this design is well proven and has stood the test of time over the last 40 years.

Chubb Thumbs are great for picking up rocks or logs when needed and the attachment is easily folded away and locked when not in use. Mainline Track’s range of Chubb Thumbs have a unique self-locking system where the cylinder rocks over centre so the thumb is hydraulically locked in place by the ram. This holds the thumb neatly in place when not in use, without the need for locking pins, meaning the operator does not need to leave the cab of the machine. This insures the Thumb is always there when needed, saving your time and money.

Simple design, robust construction and Mainline Track’s range of Chubb Thumbs come with a 24 month warranty.

Mainline Track’s range of Stick rakes are the ultimate attachment for land clearing, rock sorting, recycling and loading. Our rakes are made from high quality steel and will handle the rough treatment stick rakes are expected to endure.

Mainline Track’s Stick rake allows you to remove vegetation but leave the soil behind. The shape of these rakes is designed to allow the operator to easily scoop up the materials. When working with trees the logs will sit nicely in the rake without sliding out.

Our customers use the rakes for raking up loose stone and sifting rock from soil piles. When raking scrub gorse and cleaning up slash the Bizalloy400 tips will pluck out the roots leaving the ground clean and tidy.

The rake can be easily be turned around and used in the push away from the machine motion.
