A "Dongle" is defined as a small piece of hardware that attaches to an electronic device for the purpose of providing additional functionality to the device. The Pongle is a small thumb-sized piece of hardware (with corresponding software) that attaches to the bottom of any table tennis racket adding additional functionality to the racket.
