Chemical base Special polyurethane system

Characteristic Very soft cast polyurethane system with permanent stickiness and good hydrolysis resistance.

Operational area Industrial applications:- for dust cleaning rollers (tacky roll cleaner), ksmsuperclean®, TEKNEK®- for very soft roll coverings (squeezing rollers)- for ultra-high friction applications- energy absorption (shock absorbers)

Specific advantages Adjustable and permanent stickiness,low compression set.

Specific resistance UV resistant,hydrolysis resistant.

Working temperature Long-term use -40 up to +60°C (dry and wet), short term use up to +80°C (dry and wet), in contact with water and chemicals depending of concentration.

Hardness 40 up to 70° Shore 00

Colors Yellow, blue, red
