I) Introduction
This document is the User Guide for Magento 2 Product Labels. This describes the
extension functionality and provides some tips for a quick start.
Magento 2 Product Labels of Magezon is an amazing extension that helps draw
customers' attention in the fastest way. Appealing labels along with suitable call-to-action
texts like "Hot", "New", "Sale Off", etc can absolutely increase the conversion rate as well as
boost the sales.
● Configure to display labels freely (On the home page, product list page, product detail
page, etc)
● Create specific labels using 10 predefined variables
● Add labels to 21 positions with preview
● Flexible conditions for the labels to display
● Set time period for labels
● Set label priority
● Create an unlimited number of labels

II) Add new label
After logging into Magento admin, go to Marketing -> Product Labels
From Labels block, click on the caret to see the drop-down. Then, click Add New Label
Another way to create a new label is to click right on the Add New Label button from the top
right block.

III) Edit a Label
After adding a new label and click on Edit button of existing labels, there will appear the
interface of label configuration.
1. General Information Tab
This tab lets you configure the general setting for the new label.
1.1 First 3 fields Set the name (required) and presentation period for the label. We set this new as below:
And the result, it will appear in the label grid:

1.2 Next 6 fields This tab lets you configure the general setting for the new label.
- Use for Parent: This field helps admin set the labels to display on parent products and
their children. Configurable and group products are the common ones that have parent and
children attributes.
This case, we set this field to Yes for the label Magento. Let's check the result on the
storefront of the Product SKU: WH11.

- Hide labels with lower priority: When you switch this function to Yes, the labels with
lower priority will automatically be hidden.
- Store View: Choose the view mode of the labels.
Customer Groups:
Let's choose the group of customers like this.
This case, we set the labels to be displayed for the Logged in customers only.
Let’s check the result:

Priority: Set the priority order you want for this label.
Status: Enable or disable the label from the front.

2. Design Tab
2.1 Product Page This block is to configure the look of your label in Product Page. With the following fields:
- Image: Choose the image file from your device:
- Choose a place you need the label to appear in Label Position block. This case we make
it top left corner of the product image.

- Label Content:
Enter the content you want into the box. You can use the existing variables to save time. This
case, we use “-{SAVE_PERCENT}%” variable.

- Design the label using Text Color, Width and Style fields:

2.2 Product List All the fields in this block have the same functions as the Product List block.
Let's set the configuration like this:
- Choose another Image and Position:

Set the anchor link navigate to “What is new" page:

3. Conditions Tab Apply the rule only if the following conditions are met.
This case, we set the condition Attribute for products which are Bag Category.
The above configuration is to set the label appearing to all the products of bags.
- Product Type: New Arrival.
- Stock Status: In Stock
- Use Stock Range: From 5 to 10

IV) Manage Labels
From the Product Labels backend interface, click on Labels on the top left of the interface
then choose Manage Labels. There will appear a Labels grid:
First, we have search box that helps finding labels easier. If you remember the label’s name,
just enter it and the grid will automatically display as following:

Next, use filter function to filter the label's attribute. Like this:

Then the Grid appears with the columns set:
- As can be seen, the first column is to tick and choose the labels. Click Select All to
choose all the labels in the Grid.
- ID, Name in column 2,3 are set when creating new labels.
- Product Page Label and Product List Label in column 4 and 6 are label images which
are displayed in each page. The images displayed can be the same or can be different
depend on the setting.
- Column 5 and 7 are the text displayed in each page.
- Column 8,9 and 10 are also set from the backend
- The last column 11 is Action which allow editing the labels created.

V) Configure the extension
From the backend interface, go to Store > Configuration or go Labels > Setting
The configuration interface will look like:

- Enabled field. Let's try this setting:
And the result in storefront:
- Rounding Method:
This field allow you to set the prices in the labels. For instance, you have a product of $90
and you apply sale price of $70 on it. You use the formula: {SAVE_PERCENT} for product to
automatically display the sale percent on the label.
