Innovative design

The flat garden panel is very attractive, thanks to its combination of different mesh sizes and double, alternating

horizontal wires. The panel is available in fashionable metallic anthracite colour. Other colours are available on

demand. The different Zenturo panel infills offer a multitude of attractive configurations!

Easy installation

The Zenturo panels can be installed with the standard available post systems for residential panels: posts Beka-

clip (with Bekafor accessories) and posts Bekafor Click (without accessories).

Specific tools or experierence in installation are not required!

Quality

The panels are welded out of galvanised wires. Subsequently, they are polyester coated with high adhesion,

which guarantees quality and lifetime.

fencing solution with a high design

content. The panels can be used as

single panels, but the concept also

allows the creation of gabion walls.

When used as gabion wall, a wide

variety of infills can be chosen.

Extremely high strengthZenturo Super panels are exceptionally strong due to the narrower meshes (compared to Zenturo panels).

Functional DesignZenturo Super panels are stronger than Zenturo, through the narrower meshes and thus making them ideally suited for gabion walls. In combination with the Zenturo post concept and associated spider fixators, a wide variety of infills can be used to create a personalised aesthetic look.

Easy installationThe Zenturo Super panels can be combined with the residential post systems: Bekaclip posts (to be mounted with collets) or Bekafor Click Posts (with pre-installed polyamide clips) or the Zenturo post system (with spider fixators) for gabion walls.

Perfo Strips Perforated stainless steel strips with alternating hole pat-tern (diameter 7 mm) available for mesh size 50 mm) and in 2 lengths: 170 cm and 200 cm. The Perfo Strips can be woven vertically into the Zenturo panel.

The accessories can be fitted at time of installation of the fence or later. Zenturo Super allows you to update your style without having to change the fence.

Panels The Zenturo Super panels are flat panels with double (2D) alternating horizontal wires for added strength. The panels are 2005 mm wide and are available in heights from 655 mm up to 2005 mm.Mesh sizes: 50 x 100 and 50 x 50 mmHorizontal wire diameter: 5.00 mmVertical wire diameter: 4.15 mmAs a finishing touch, we have developed an extra panel (with wire diameter of 3.80 mm) which needs to be fixed at the top of the gabion wall (once the gabion wall has been filled up). It is available in anthracite (BF7016M).

Gates (p 11) The Zenturo Super system can easily be combined with the Zenturo swing gate (single or double version).

Coating technique The panels are made of galvanised wire, and an adhesion layer is provided for perfect adhesion with the polyester top coating (min. 100 micron). The posts are internally and externally galvanised (min. layer thickness 275g/m², both sides combined) according to Euronorm 10326, after which an adhesion layer is applied and polyester plastic coated (min. 60 micron).

security hexagonal bolts M6 x 40 and stainless steel washers M6 (included in the packaging). - Plastic post cap, pre-installed to the post. - Specific Zenturo distance holders to prevent the panels from bulging under the weight of the wall infill.

The use of distance holders is a must.

InstallationTo avoid damage and injury caused by accidents, always take the following precautions:1. Evaluate whether the project site is exposed to strong winds.

2. Make sure the posts are anchored deep enough in the soil with concrete.3. Never exceed the maximum wall height: 200 cm.4. Fix the top panel on the filled gabion wall5. Strictly follow the instructions as published at http://safety.zenturo.net/.6. The filling of the Zenturo Super gabion wall needs to be:

Publifor®

CONI The patented Publifor® system complies with the strict standards of the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) and was, amongst others, successfully used to secure various sports stadiums including those of Juventus and AS Roma.

Gates Publifor 3-M can be combined with standard Nylofor swing gates, available in single and double wing execution with 1 till 10 meters of free passage. The system can also be combined with Publifor Super “anti-panic” swing gates.

The anti-panic swing gates have a Nylofor 2D Super infill.

Coatingtechnique The panels are made of galvanised wire, and an adhesion layer is provided for perfect adhesion with the polyester top coat (min. 100 micron). The posts are internally and externally galvanised (min. layer thickness 275g/m², both sides combined) according to Euronorm 10326, after which an adhesion layer is applied and polyester plastic coated (min. 60 micron);

CornersCorners till 90° can be easily installed by means of special corner modules.

Panels There are two types of Publifor: Publifor 3-M and Publifor Super.

Publifor 3-MThis system consist of Nylofor 3-M panels as an infill (also Nylofor 2D Super or Securifor panels can be used). The panels are installed in a concrete base.

Publifor SuperThe Publifor Super fencing system is a patented system which uses two Nylofor 2D Super panels (optionally available with Securifor panels and cranked arms) on each side. The connection between the elements is done by means of steel connectors and M8 nuts/bolts. The panels are installed in a basement with a galvanised steel plate, filled with concrete. Horizontal beams in the

panels ensure extra rigidity.

PostsandfixingsystemsThe posts in the concrete basement have a patented and vandalism-proof connection.
