Online Ordering
For more than 30 years, Tropical Blinds has established itselfas one of the UK’s leading trade only Window Blindmanufacturers.
We have built our reputation with our unceasing focus oncustomer service, being one of the only manufacturers tomaintain our commitment to delivering all orders within fiveworking days.
Please take a look through our extensive brochure toappreciate just how comprehensive our product offer is.
Online ordering will allow our customers to place ordersdirectly with Tropical Blinds. There are a number ofadvantages to this method of placing orders, includingelimination of errors, shorter lead times and cutting down onfax costs.
Once an order has been submitted, its status will then beupdated to the online system so customers can track theprogress of their orders. Order acknowledgements will beemailed out as usual.
The online system will also allow the entry of quotations, socustomers can price blinds quickly without having to look upprice books and calculate discounts. These quotations can beleft on the system until they are ready to be converted toorders.

Child Safety
From day one, Tropical Blinds has positively and passionatelysupported and upheld, the BBSA’s ‘Make It Safe’ programme.We were the first major manufacturer in the UK to improve andadapt our window blind designs and incorporate the fitting ofsafety mechanisms – helping to avoid the risk of injuries tovulnerable children. This is a record of which we are justlyproud and shows we are constantly striving to develop andimprove our product offering.
For your peace of mind we fit as standard either a tensioningdevice or a safety mechanism. This reduces the risk of a childor vulnerable person becoming entangled in the cord or chain.Where possible loops are replaced with individual cords.
Where necessary, child safety devices are supplied with ourblinds as standard and at no additional cost to you thecustomer.
