SPECIFICATIONS
TBL is designed and built for the massive production of I - T beams, either parallel, tapered or cambered.The new
models are also enable to weld Box beams, Star Beams, Sandwich plates and inclined Web.TBL allows welding
with the web in vertical position and without need of tack-welding. Taking is required at the leading edge only in
order to ensure the right position between web and flange.The web is vertically fed through the Machine and
welded simultaneously from both sides. When producing I-beams , once the first flange has been welded, the
beam is turned by 180° by means of the flipping tilters and fed once again through the Machine.
