The ALIBAND belt feeders are designed to dose a

uniform and steady distribution of materials,

especially for sands and gravels that have a

homogeneous particle size distribution. When these

materials are moist and clay the ALIBAND feeders are

the most appropriate.

The vibrating feeder AV series is an advanced

designed machine, with a simple conception and

sturdy construction to absorb the impact resulting

from unloading large stones. Used for feeding the

plant with a controlled, uniform and steady flow, and

suitable to solve the problems of supply to primary

and secondary machines.

The pre-screen feeder APC series is an advanced

designed machine, with a simple conception and

sturdy construction, specially designed to remove the

soil which normally accompanies the aggregates.

JAW CRUSHERS

The primary impact crushers are

suitable for primary crushing of large

stones and nonabrasive materials, and

are designed to crush large sizes and

low-medium hardness and abrasion

ratio stones and minerals. These

machines are characterized by their

great reduction capacity and ease of

maintenance.

The secondary impact crushers are

machines with a large reduction

capacity and a high production of highly

abrasive materials (silica, quartzite,

ophites, granite...) coming directly from

the extraction or from primary crushers.

The AREMAR tertiary impact crushers are

machines characterized by their

robustness, versatility and ease of

maintenance. In each model there are

several configurations and can be used as

a crushing machine to produce fine gravel

and sand or like a sandbox for re-crushing

the surplus.

The AREMAR series offers the best solution for

high production of sand and gravel obtained from

large input sizes through reversible crushers


The CV vibrating screens with eccentric weight mechanisms are used for

classifying different product sizes, depending on the number and size of the

mesh. The metallic meshes are easily replaced and the tension is regulated by

screws from the outside of the screen.

The SB bar separators are machines designed to remove the soils which

normally accompany the aggregates at the beginning of the crushing process.

The separators prevent the soil from causing difficulties in the smooth running

of the process.

The separators work over the aggregates surface by removing the soil that is

adhered to the stones.

The separators are allocated at the beginning of the process, between the

feeder and the crusher.

The CL washing drum is a machine designed to clean the

aggregates with a high content of soil and clay. The

conditioning is carried out by rotating the materials. It can

be one of two types, "single stream" (SC) , in which the

materials and the water are circulating in the same

direction inside the rotating cylinder, or "upstream" (CC),

in which the washing water is introduced through the

opposite side to the entry of the material.

The ND wheel decanters are machines used for

washing sand coming from the screening process.

They are robustness and low maintenance cost

machines.

In facilities where machines are used for washing

aggregates and minerals is necessary to eliminate

the water contained in the material that do not

make machines such as screw conveyors or wheel

decanters. The EV vibrating drainer is designed for

draining sands and minerals from the washing

process.

The crushing process in mining and quarrying

applications requires the detection of non-crushable

materials in order to prevent damage to the crushers

and other machinery. Metal detectors are used to

prevent machinery damage and therefore to reduce the

costs arising from any damage that may occur and the

costs incurred for the stopping of the process.

It solves the problem of metal entry by creating a

magnetic field on the belt. Any metallic object going

through the magnetic field produces an immediate stop

of the feeder and the conveyor belt; this is accompanied

by an acoustic and light signal, indicating the presence of

a metallic object in the belt. It is possible to control the

intensity of the magnetic field with a potentiometer

integrated inside the DUB detector.

The CT conveyor belts are completely removable, with great versatility

which enables the transport costs to be optimized and offers good

value with minimal maintenance costs.
