The Aquarius XLINE-100 louvre blade is manufactured from corrosion resistant extruded aluminium

required.

The louvre support clip is self spacing to ensure accurate positioning and setout of the louvres and provide for a ‘hidden’ structural support arrangement to the system providing a continuous, unbroken, appearance to the louvre blades when viewed from the front elevation.

Louvre doorsets are available as outward opening option only. Master leaf is right hand leaf when viewing door from

stainless steel butt hinges, door head restrictor opening units,

cylinder with thumbturn.

Doors can be supplied with perforated mesh bird and rodent guard as standard or alternatively insect mesh, single skin

or composite blanking panelling. Fire rated intumescent panelling is also available for insertion behind the louvre door leaf to close in the event of activation from hot smoke/gases

Door sizes range from 1500mm wide > 6000mm wide and up to 3.5m high.

The Solinear Aquarius XLINE louvre range can be supplied as factory built panels suitable for installation into curtain walling or glazed window units.

The standard perimeter frame is manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy material (6063:T6) to suit a 28mm glazing frame rebate.

The external perimeter frame is cleat and screwport fastened prior to application of

blades inserted after this paint process to ensure a tight ‘gap-free’ reveal interface with the frame edge.

Louvre blades are manufactured from 1.8mm thick extruded aluminium alloy and secured to frame edge using unpainted 3.5 dia x 13mm s/s pan head, posi-drive, self tapping thread screw

Panels are supplied as standard with a mill

standard RAL colour range or anodised to standard colour range.

XLINE-100 louvre systems provide a free area of 57.90% and Class D1 weather /

Perimeter Frame Details

Panels can be supplied with single skin or insulated blanking panels to rear with apertures either factory or site cut to allow for duct or pipework connections as required.

A DVA N C E D A N A LY S I SSun path solar analysis can be carried out to support our solar shading proposals. Specialist computer software uses predictive ray casting technology to model the suns paths and subsequently calculate the amount of sunlight penetrating the building façade after our solar shading system has been taken into account.

I N S TA L L AT I O NTo ensure your complete confidence in our projects we employ fully trained CITB registered installation engineers for each project. All associated installers will possess relevant CSCS documentation, IPAF and PASMA training. All site supervisors have SSSTS at minimum.
