Position: Product Trainer@CJ (Full Time)Profile

1. You shall be trained on our hardware kits to conduct product demos and training sessions. These sessions happen at various schools that CoolJunk works with. Your job will be to conduct the training sessions and help students do the experiments.

2. You will provide technical support to our customers over phone, email or skype.

In your academic career, you might have read a whole range of concepts in books and classrooms. Did you ever try implementing some of the concepts and experience them in practice?

At CoolJunk, you shall apply these concepts to real world projects, gain practical understanding of the concepts, learn prototyping skills and then finally communicate your learning to the school students and teachers.

Requirements

1. You are a Science/Engineering Graduate with Bsc./Msc/B.Tech. in physics or electronics.

2. You have innate flair to promote technology literacy.

3. You have got excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. You love the idea of learning and communicating electronics to school and college students. In brief, you love teaching.

5. You are creative at expressing thoughts, concepts and actions. You are a fast learner and can easily adapt to difficult situations.

6. You can emotionally connect with people.

7. You have got good sense of humour.

Round 1: Creative and Technical WritingDeadline: 14th April, 2013

This is an online round. In this round, you have to draft a technical document on one of the topics given below. The writing should be concise, forceful, easy to understand and grammatically correct. You have to make an assumption that the document will be read by a deaf and dumb student, who does not know the concerned subject topic, and you as an educator will have to make him/her understand the concept through creative writing. You are free to use hand-made line drawings, cartoons, analogies, illustrations etc. to make the document more visually appealing and interactive. You are also free to submit a hand-written scanned copy of the document.

Round 2: Visual and Verbal CommunicationIntended Date: 22-27th April, 2013

From Round 1, 5-7 candidates will be screened for Round 2. This round will be hosted either at CoolJunk Delhi office or a chosen college campus. In this round, candidates will be tested for their presentation and communication skills. Candidates need to carry their personal laptops and CVs with them.

Round 3: Personal InterviewIntended Date: 22-27th April, 2013

From Round 2, 3-5 candidates will be screened for Personal Interview’ round. Final results will be announced in the following week after the final round. Selected candidates will be intimated via email.
