Harry Johnson PROGRESS UPDATE PLAN FOR NEXT MONTH / WEEK (Including Possible Contingency Plans If Problems Anticipated)

Mon W/B 05/01/15(Detailed Weekly Summary)

This week I had my introduction to the FMP we also created our blogs this week to get them ready for the Assignments I also have decided to work with a group to create an advert pack and we have begun to assign each member of our group different tasks.

My plans for next week are to research environments for the group this was the task I have been assigned and I hope to complete it before the end of next week.


This week we had an unexpected task so due to that we have had to move are project over a week and we are going to get started with the other tasks next week.

My plans for next week are to get started with our research tasks this will hopefully be done by the end of next week.


This week me and my group completed task 1-6 we hope to complete task 7 -8 next week but are progress was successful this week because we have done plenty of work this week. I believe our progress is good and I think it will be even better if we keep it up.

Next week I hope to finish task 7-8 these are group tasks so week should get them done really quick and we should be ready to move onto our pre-production.


This week we finished our initial ideas and the research we have created a mind map and a mood board and we also completed a number of sketches and we have been early for this task so we are making go progression. I believe this week has been successful and I hope it to carry on this way.

Next week we hope to achieve story development and sketches for all our products we will be making hopefully this will only take a week to compete.


This week we have completed a few sketches and the story development we also did our project proposal we are still doing sketches but we have completed. I believe my progression this week has been good and I hope to keep it up for the next weeks to come.

Next week we hope to do more sketches and we will be using the week to develop the game concept art this is the pan for next week.


This week we completed our sketches this gave us more time to finish our production plan I found this task to be simple but at some stages of it I was confused but after doing it I have a clear idea of where me and my group and going for our FMP.

During next week we plan to start our pitch this should be enjoyable but it will be hard if we don’t prepare ourselves first but overall our progression is going really well and enjoyable.


This week we were off so progression was minimal threw the week.

Next week I hope to make a start with my group on our pitch.



This week we designed our pitch visuals using images on a power point our pitch was mainly spoken and we used Q cards to help us present it next week.

Next week I hope to present my pitch with my group using the power point we created I believe this week went well and we are working really well and our progression is going really well to.


This week we performed our pitch we were prepared for this pitch but I don’t feel like we did as good as we could have done but other than that it has been an average week for the group.

Next week we hope to start our production. This should be a productive week of us because we intend on doing lots of work for our FMP.


This week we started production on our posters our progression was really good and we have done a few of them the quality of work it good as well and I am happy with how it is all going.

Next week I hope to finish a poster I have started and some concept art too even though it will be early I think we will be ok with the extra time.


This week we began building our city and we have collected images for our sketches our progression is good and we are up to date with everything this week.

Next week we hope to start our sketches and finish our environment building. I thing we are working really well and the work is of high standards.


This week we began to record for our trailer this went well and we did most of it I also drew some sketches as well.

Next week I hope to finish recording for our trailer and I hope to have finished another drawing but overall the progression is turning out to be really good.


This week we did some more sketches and ideas generation we also did an overall project review on what we were up to.

Next week I am of for two week but I hope to get bit of work finished like some sketches and other things from the project.

This week the trailer was finished and put together after it being rendered it went well and it is looking really good and the finished product should turn out really good.

Next week we hope to start doing the voice recordings for the trailer and hopeful we get it done next week.


This week we finished our trailer and began to do some improvements on other tasks I think our progression is going really well and I think we are doing a good job overall.

Next week we hope to finish our improvements and I hope to get the packaging at least started so we can get other things done.



This week we managed to get the feedback of our trailer we also did improvements for our task 2 this weeks and it went really well.

Next week we hope to complete our packaging and other little improvements hopefully this all goes well and I get them all done.


This week we finished our production we think we have worked well as a team and our overall progression has been better than anticipated and I believe the end result is really good.

Next week we plan on having our focus group and hopefully that goes well we also plan on getting our feedback for our trailer.


This week we didn’t have a focus grope instead we created a survey online this was to get quick feedback.

Next week I hope to start my evaluation and try and get it done in much detail as possible.


This week I started my evaluation I managed to do some voice recordings and a couple of paragraphs this was quite easy and I managed to do it quick.

Next week I hope to finish my evaluation and get it done to a good quality evaluation done but this week my progression was good.


This week I have finished my evaluation this wasn’t an easy task and it was time consuming and I found it difficult at some points.

This week I finished my evaluation.
