thorough scan Harris Beckenham. This is one of the schools that we will be filming in for our thriller opening. We carefully examined the halls, various buildings and foliage that looked appropriate to use in our opening. After examine the locations at that school we short listed them. After short listing them we went back to our locations and filmed sample/test shots. We weren’t planning on using any of the footage because they were just test shots however I captured a beautiful shot of a tree with green birds flying around them, a Victorian style house that looked eerie when we added the sepia effect to it, and a rusty gate which we could edit on after effects by adding barbed wire on it.

Come prepared with equipment even if we are doing test shots. E.g. Tripods and lights.

Give ourselves more time for filming.

Bring the appropriate props with us when filming.

Look at the weather forecast the day before to determine whether we film or/and what location we film at.
