In this role you would work closely with supervisors and program managers, engineering and quality departments to plan work, set targets and make sure the finished products are completed on time meeting stringent quality standards. The Production Manager also directs supervisors and factory employees to plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Production Manager

ProfileYou are best equipped for this job if you have:

BS degree in Engineering or Business Management; MS degree is a plus

5+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing environment ; thick film and/or hybrid microelectronic manufacturing is a plus

3+ years Management experience

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, team building and communication skills

Fluent in Microsoft Office i.e. PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Working knowledge of MIL-PRF-38534 standard desired
