    Production Summary Report

    Report Features

    Personal or Unit Summary reports allows agents to view a summary of their production credit by selecting a pre-defined date range or a specific date range. Also, allows agents to view production credit by product line or specific product type and by all agent numbers or a specific agent number.

    Requirements for Agents Appearing on Report

    Agent must have submitted or placed production credit within the date range selected.Unit Summary: Agent must be part of the manager’s hierarchy.

    When selected the Personal and Unit Summary Reports will default to the current week, all products and all agent numbers and will return production numbers for all data processed on or before the last Horizon cycle. The sort for this report will be by agent last name then first name.

    Generating a New Report

    1) Select a Date Range:

    Current or previous week.

    Current or previous month.

    Current or previous year.

    Other date range. This cannot be a date prior to the latest date in the

    yearly drop down.

    Example:

    2) Select a Product Line / Product Type:

    All (retrieves production credit for all product lines & product types

    All – Life (retrieves production credit for all product types within that

    product line)

    All – Ordinary Life (retrieves production credit for only that specific product line & product type)

    To select multiple Product Lines or Product Types press the Ctrl key and click the specific agent number with your mouse.

    Earliest year in Yearly drop down is 12/23/2003

    3) Select a Marketing Org / Agent Number: (Agents who do not have more than one agent number will not see this option)

    All (retrieves production credit for all agent numbers)

    All – 00000A123 (retrieves production credit for all only selected agent number)

    To select multiple agent numbers press the Ctrl key and click the specific agent number with your mouse.

    4) Click on Run Report once the report options have been selected.

    5) Click on agent name to view that agents personal detail for the date range selected. **Product Line / Product Type & Agent Number options are not available on the Personal Production Detail report from this link.

    6) Manager’s: To view a sub-managers production credit:

    Click the icon. This will show that manager’s unit production and each individual agent that reports to him.

    When finished viewing this manager select to go back to Unit Summary Report.

    Personal Production Detail Report

    Report Features

    Personal Production Detail report allows agents to view production credit details for a pre-defined date range or a specific date range. Also, allows agents to view production credit by product line or specific product type and by all agent numbers or a specific agent number.

    Requirements for Agents Appearing on Report

    Agent must have submitted or placed production credit within the date range selected.

    Production W-M-Y Report

    Report Features

    Personal or Unit W-M-Y reports allows agents quick view of their production credit by Week-to-Date, month-to-Date and Year-to-Date. It also, allows agents to view production credit by product line or specific product type and by all agent numbers or a specific agent number.

    Requirements for Agents Appearing on Report

    Agent must have submitted or placed production credit within the week, month or year. Unit Summary: Agent must be part of the manager’s hierarchy.

    Unit Production Direct Reports allows Manager’s to view a summary of their direct reports production credit by selecting a pre-defined date range or a specific date range. Also, allows managers to view production credit by product line or specific product type and by all agent numbers or a specific agent number.

    General Information

    Definition of Report Data Activity Date – the date the app was processed.

    Annual Target – the commissionable premium.

    Policy Number – the number the policy is assigned on the system.

    Insured Name – the name of the individual covered by the policy.

    Submitted Production Credit – the submitted credit received for a particular policy on the specified date.

    Submitted Whole App Count – The percent app credit you received for this submitted transaction on this particular activity date. Minimum PC requirements must be met in order to receive app count. If a case is split only the split percentage portion of a whole app will be counted.

    Submitted Split App Count – the total number of policies which count as a qualified, submitted whole app of which you received a percentage of the production credit. Each app counts as ‘1’ regardless of the percentage of the split.

    Placed Production Credit - the placed credit received for a particular policy on the specified date.

    Placed Whole App Count – The percent app credit you received for this placed transaction on this particular activity date. Minimum PC requirements must be met in order to receive app count. If a case is split only the split percentage portion of a whole app will be counted.

    Placed Split App Count – the total number of policies which count as a qualified, placed whole app of which you received a percentage of the production credit. Each app counts as ‘1’ regardless of the percentage of the split.
