The sharp edges and urethane sealsmean that the valves close to form a firm seal. Siphoning cycle:Vacuum opens the intake flapper and slurry is sipho-ned into the pumping tube.

Evacuation cycle:High pressure causes the intake flapper to close and thespring-loaded discharge flapper to open. Slurry is expel-led through the discharge pipe.

Conveying, chopping and pumping slurry is no problemwith the 4” vertical Agi-Pompe®. The special design ofthe propeller and blades enables the straw content to becut whilst it is being conveyed, improving the capacity ofthe pump.And the rotating anti-swirl nozzle ensure that slurry within a wide area of the pump is mixed thoroughly and quickly.

AgitatorThe agitator enables you to ho-

mogezize up to 7 560 m3 liquidmanure per hour due to the high-

quality propeller with its large srew.Flexibility is the key feature. Depending on

the model, the agitator can offer a sidewaysarticulation of 60°, downward articulation or

up to 60° and a vertical articulation of 40° at the propeller end.


Dewaterer with roller press separatorThe separator with its effective and low-maintenance design removes fiber contents and prepares the manure for composting or (from digested manure) for use as a bedding material.

Further comments regarding the construction:

• Different roller presses to obtain a specific moisture content in the straw (up to 34% dry matter);

• Rubber rollers and stainless steel filter rollers for a maximum moisture reduction of the fiber content with minimum energy consumption;

• Unique air suspensionsystem ensures constant pressures to the rollers and reduces the mechanical wear of the components, resulting in a long lifespan.

Sloped screen separator

By removing the smallest particles within the flush li-quids, the sloped screen separator offers the possibilityof improving the quality of the water for another roundof recycling. The different screen sizes, in conjunctionwith the unique arched design, optimize the separationeffect. Manure from up to 3,000 cattle can be processedeach day in a continuous operation. Top quality proces-sing using stainless steel offers a maximum lifespan.

2-stage separator

The 2 roller press processes solids for other usages suchas composting or bedding. The unique design of thescreen slows down the flow of manure in order to opti-mise the separation effect. The robust constructionmeans that manure from up to 3,000 cattle can be pro-cessed each day in a continuous operation.

Free stall cleaner with cable

Due to its robust design, the cable scraper achieves goodadhesion for the best cleaning results on concrete orrubber floors. Each drive unit models have a 500 mmsteel axle with brass bushings. The cable has a long life-span due to a single layer reel on the drum. The pulleyshave open housings for self-cleaning. The large pulleysand the hardened cable guide ensure the accuratealignment of the cable. With the integrated cable tensio-ning lever, it is easy to readjust the tension when requi-red. Replaceable steel or urethane blades reducemaintenance costs.

Scraper with chain

A choice of replaceable steel or urethane bla-des can be mounted on either the 16°

scraper with tilting blades or the V-shapescraper.The heavy weight of the scraper ensuresa good contact with the floor for a goodcleaning performance.The scraper with chain is available for

alleys up to 100 m in length.


This scraper system transports manure from several alleysto a collection point, perfectly complementing the freestall cleaners with cable or chain.The powerful motor has a strong 50 mm steel axle withbrass bushings. The single layer winding of the cablearound the drum ensures a long lifespan and operates

with less motor power, which reduces energy costs.The scraper box, with replaceable abrasion-resistant steelblades as well as the automatic operation of the unloa-ding flap, ensures that the manure is conveyed effi-ciently.
