Weather-Resistant, High-Compressive-Strength, Self-Leveling Underlayment

Ultraplan Extreme 2 is an advanced hydraulic-cement-based, self-leveling compound designed for fast-track underlayment applications. It is especially formulated for leveling interior horizontal concrete surfaces where environmental controls are not operational or the building is not enclosed. Once installed, Ultraplan Extreme 2 is not affected by exposure to intermittent rain exposure after 6 hours or to freezing temperatures after 3 days of curing. Its high compressive strength is designed to allow it to be exposed to traffic as a temporary wear layer until the floor is covered with floor covering. Ultraplan Extreme 2 has no moisture vapor emission limitations and can be installed without testing on properly prepared concrete substrates. It is the self-leveling compound of choice for use under moisture-controlling adhesive systems and epoxy moisture barriers.

Advanced-Technology, Acrylic Latex Primer for Concrete

Premium Crack-Isolation and Sound-Reduction Sheet Membrane

Mapeguard 2 is a next-generation, flexible, thin, 40-mil, lightweight, load-bearing, fabric-reinforced “peel-and-stick” crack-isolation membrane. After application, ceramic tile or stone can be installed immediately with any polymer-modified cement-based mortar. Glue-down wood flooring can also be installed with any MAPEI urethane adhesive.

Mapeguard 2 helps to prevent existing or future in-plane floor cracks (with movement up to 3/8” [10 mm] wide) from transmitting through grout, ceramic tile or natural stone. Ultrabond ECO 983 is a single-component, 100%-solids, modified-silane wood-flooring adhesive that is formulated without water, solvents, amines, isocyanates, phthalate plasticizers or epoxy resins. With an extremely low emission level of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), the unique formulation of Ultrabond ECO 983 provides excellent bond strength and moisture control up to 15 lbs. (6,80 kg) MVER and 90% relative humidity (RH). Special trowel clips are provided to apply the adhesive in a monolithic layer for subfloor moisture control. Sawdust Admixture for Crack Filling of Wood Flooring

Ultracoat Aqua Plus is a single-component binder that is mixed with sawdust produced during the final sanding process of preparing wood floors, and used to fill voids and cracks before the final application of water-based wood-floor finishing systems. Ultracoat Aqua Plus has extremely high wetting properties, is low in viscosity and forms a high-solids paste with excellent adhesion and workability. After application, the mixture dries quickly and can be sanded easily. The remaining mixture can be stored in a sealed plastic container.

Low-Gloss Clean and Polish for Wood Floors

Ultracoat Clean WPM is a concentrated product that may be diluted with clean water for regular maintenance or used at full strength for greater protection and appearance. It has been specially developed for the maintenance of interior residential and commercial wooden floors treated with Ultracoat wood-floor finishes. Ultracoat Clean WPM gives the surface of floors a low-gloss appearance and also increases the protection against wear by forming a water-repellent film.

Cleaner and Polish Remover

Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover is a high-performance cleaning solution and polish remover designed to remove polishes, stubborn dirt, oil and debris as the first step in preparing hardwood or bamboo flooring to be recoated with floor finish. After flooring is treated with Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover, it can be cleaned with Ultracoat ReNewIt Cleaner and then coated with Ultracoat ReNewIt Primer in preparation for new floor finish.

Spot-Free Cleaner and Rinsing Solution

Ultracoat ReNewIt Cleaner is a high-performance, spot-free cleaning and rinsing solution designed to remove any remaining dirt as the second step in preparing wood or bamboo flooring to be recoated with floor finish. After flooring is treated with Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover, it can be cleaned with Ultracoat ReNewIt Cleaner and then coated with Ultracoat ReNewIt Primer in preparation for new floor finish.

Two-Component Primer and Bonding Agent

Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover removes all previous polishes and protectants.

MAPEI’s Ultracoat ReNewIt system will not correct deep scratches or gouges, nor will it allow you to change the color of the floor. However, it will provide a new, well-bonded finish that quickly and easily brings back that new-floor look without the hassle of a full sand-and-recoat process.
