Using ActivEpressions with BrainPopKelly Meeks

Flash BridgeYou must download flash bridge from the Promethean Planet site onto your computer. 

To do this, follow the following directions:Go to www.prometheanplanet.comSign-in or create a log-in - This is free!Click on the Resources tab

Now on "View All Partners”

Do this on your computers now.

Now click on BrainPop

Registering your ActivExpressions

Follow the following directions to register your devices.

Downloading Flash Bridge

You must now download Flash Bridge to your computer. Do this now.

Important!!!

You will have to re-run the flash drive each time you change classes. If you do not, the names of students will not change in BrainPop.

Running Flash Bridge

QuizzesGo to www.brainpop.com and login.Raise your hand if you need your school’s login information.

Choose a quiz by following the following directions.

Quiz Options

You can set the quiz to be timed or self-paced. You can also choose for the quiz to show student names during voting or be anonymous.

Following the following directions to do this now.

Voting

When you are ready for your students to begin voting, click on “start vote.” If you chose for the quiz to show student names, their name will turn yellow once they vote. Vote now and explore the on-screen tabs to find settings you like.

GradingOnce the voting has ended, click on “final results.” You may print or download your students’ grades to your computer. Download your quiz results now and explore the on-screen tabs.

You are now ready to use BrainPop with your ActivExpressions.
