Professional Letter of Reference for Andrea Warren

To whom it may concern:

I’m writing this letter to extend my professional reference for Andrea Warren. I first became acquainted

with Andrea when she stepped into the Human Resources Manager role at Hayes Companies in

Pineville, La. As the project manager for LED FastStart on this project, I worked with Andrea to

coordinate training for their supervisors and shop employees. We also worked together on planning

and conducting a job fair at the local community college to fill several open craft positions at Hayes.

In each case, Andrea provided accurate and timely information, as well as guiding our efforts to support

their hiring and training needs. She worked with me to schedule training at times that would have

minimal impact to the workforce while still providing enough time for the training to be effective. She

was always conscience of and able to balance the sometimes conflicting needs of the company, HR

policies, and employee needs. This was beneficial to our efforts in choosing, scheduling, planning, and

facilitating the correct training courses.

Overall I have found Andrea to be professional yet personal, with our team and the employees with

whom I’ve witnessed interactions. Her communication was always timely and confident without being

demanding.
