Dear Parent/Guardian:

We are pleased to announce that Neshaminy School District is continuing to offer a Summer S.T.E.M. Academy for4th, 5th and 6th grade students.

Students from each elementary and middle school in the district, who will be beginning the 4th, 5th or 6th grades, are invited toparticipate in this program. Openings are limited, so applicants will be accepted until the classes are filled.

Students will have the opportunity to work closely with teachers to learn an integrated approach to the study of science,technology, engineering and math. They will use the LEGO NXT brick building set to construct models and find robotic solutions to real world problems.

Summer S.T.E.M. Academy (Basic)

Dates: July 27, 2015 - July 31, 2015 orDates: August 3, 2015 - August 7, 2015Cost: $110 (comparable to other robotics camps)Location: Neshaminy High School Room E-111 (Engineering Lab)Time: 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.

Transportation is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
