you will be taken more seriously by sellers and agents if you get this locked

there comes a time when you want to make an offer.

to the seller. This is an important step, and we help
make the purchase offer contract easy to understand.

Now it’s time to present your offer to the seller.

VENDOR COORDINATION
If your offer has been accepted and we enter into escrow, now is not the time to relax.
There are terms and conditions that must be met in order for the deal to go through smoothly. We are still by your side through this process as we supervise and coordinate the vendor services required to make the deal stick.
Vendors can include pest, home, HVAC, roof, chimney inspectors, etc. We identify the best in the business, handle scheduling and access to the property so you don’t have to.
