About American Polywater Corporation:

In 1973, Nelson Jonnes, a Minnesota research chemist with more than a dozen patents under his belt, threw together some slippery ingredients in his basement and began selling it as a SCUBA diving-suit lubricant. It was well received, but the potential income from that alone could not support his family of six. With a quick change of marketing focus in 1974, the fledgling company began selling the same technology to the telecom and power utility markets in the form of a unique, water-based cable pulling lubricant. It revolutionized the industry, which until then had used mud, wax, and grease. Polywater® Cable Pulling Lubricants have been the leaders ever since.Over the years, the Polywater® line expanded greatly. Today, in addition to its twenty different formulations of pulling lubes for every type of wire and cable imaginable, the product line includes a broad range of cleaners and other specialty chemicals.   These include cable cleaners, contact cleaners, general electrical cleaners, hot stick and boom truck cleaners, fiberglass wax and buffing kits, penetrating oils, cold galvanizing spray, alcohol wipes, cable removal aids, cable blowing lubricant, cable pulling software, training videos, MRO aerosols, pipe joint lubricant, pump packing installation lubricants, conduit coupling adhesives, conduit de-icers, lubricant pumps, cable handling gloves, duct sealants, sanding cloths, dry towelettes, winter-grade lubricants for cold weather applications, pressurized cable

SMART CONTROLS SYSTEMS leak sealants, transformer leak sealants, hand and tool cleaners, rubber goods cleaner, and a host of other unique chemicals and accessories.American Polywater's horizon has expanded fast too. Today, in addition to the telephony and power utility markets, its products are sold into the general electrical trades, CATV, MRO industrial, and data communications markets in over fifty countries worldwide.Strong distributor alliances, technical expertise, and nearly three decades' experience in cable placement, lubrication and cleaning, make the simple motto, "We Bottle Solutions" ring true.  Polywater® products are the most extensively tested, approved, recommended, specified, and used.   Innovation has been and will be the American Polywater way.

About RSI Video Technologies:History

RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® was founded in 2000 in Strasbourg, France as RSI, and renamed RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® in 2008. The company began selling products internationally in 2003. In 2005, a subsidiary company was created in the USA. RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® develops solutions to the problem of security against intrusions with a real dedication to technological innovation. Our products offer an innovative concept, unique in the world, which allows us to export our know-how to Europe and North America.

The team of RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® made its beginnings in the field of the electronics about twenty years ago, when ITT began to import in Europe its first masked microprocessors. The team of RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES ® developed the first applications using these microprocessors and became European certified design center for this family of component.

At the beginning of the 90s, the team RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® extended its domain of expertise and developed the first embedded applications for verification of the electronic financial transactions. Another first was the implementation of a finance encoding algorithm DES with a 64 bits key into an embedded microcontroller.

At the same period, it also developed recognized expertise in the field of the ASIC circuit design of mixed and full-custom technologies. Among its numerous innovations in this domain, one of the most remarkable is in the implementation of micro-fuses on silicon layer embedded within an integrated circuit. This technology

SMART CONTROLS SYSTEMS allows to destroy in a selective way a pre-defined section of an integrated circuit without affecting its ability to operate, which makes impossible the hacking of the contents of the integrated circuit in question.

During the 90s, the activity of the team RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES ® turned to radio circuits with very low power consumption and high integration level. During this period, it developed, industrialized and manufactured numerous radio products, in particular FM pagers, first electronic shelf labels used by retailers or the electronics devices used for the traffic school exams. Some of these products were made in several million copies and marketed all over the world.

Team developped one of the earliest RF residential gas meter using a single battery for 7 year life over 15 years ago.

Worked on advanced communications for telecom and government applications.

For its efforts the Research and Development team of RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® was awarded about fifty patents.

Since 2001, RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® has concentrated all its efforts on the development of the first wireless alarm Systems with video verification: the Videofied ™ product range. The R&D effort which required the development of sophisticated technologies represents more than 120 years engineers. The technological innovations generated during this important effort of pure Research and Development is covered by thirteen international patents.

The First generation of Videofied™ product was introduced to the market in late 2002. It was based analog video technologies and the radio link was using the 2.4GHz radio band. It was immediately adopted by some of the major Monitoring Stations in France.

In 2005 RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® introduced its second generation of Videofied™ products. The 2.4Ghz band was abandoned for the 868/915/920 Mhz band which provide much better range (up to 600m in open air). The analog video was replaced with a numeric imager allowing for much faster compression and transmission. Compared to the first generation the changes were dramatic in terms of performance. The video verification capabilities are pushed much further. Monitoring Stations around Europe started implemented video verification with RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES®.

In 2007, RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® added another step by integrating a GSM/GPRS module into the panel. This made the Systemss 100% wireless and opened a vast field of application where video applications had never been possible before at a reasonable cost. The same year RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® launched in the North America, in Asia and in Australia with rapid success again with Monitoring Stations implementing Video Verification.
