The customer service function represents the front office functions that interact with customers. These are the business processes that are put in place to sell products and services to customers, communicate with regards to marketing and dealing with the after initial sales service requirements are met. Each interaction with the customer is recorded and stored within the typical CRM software where it can be retrieved by other employees if needed. UNIVents ™ does this and more.

Sales Automation

Sales departments are constantly looking for sales opportunities with existing and new customers. The automation functionality of CRM software allows records for each contact with customers, the details of the contact and if follow up is required. This provides greater efficiencies with little chance for duplication of effort. The ability for all designated personnel to have access to this data ensures that everyone has the most recent contact information with customers. This is important when customers contact employees outside of the sales team so that customers are given the best level of customer service. UNIVents ™ does this and more.

Campaign Management
