EMS profiles and stamping was created in 1987. Its founder, Gerardo Ruiz, started as one of the main pro-viders of white appliances regarding metallic profiles.

After that, our company started its growth in different sectors: decoration, furniture, construction, electric, alimentary.

In only 6 years we changed from a 2 profilers park to one of 8 profilers in order to be more versatile and to be able to adapt better to our customer’s needs.

1996 marked a before and an after for the company. Great groups of the automobile sector required our services. We had to adapt our way of thinking to a new sector characterized for its requirement and strict-ness. It was a slow process and not without difficul-

ties, but it has brought us to be a profiler and stamping professional with a good solvent reputation inside this sec-tor.

We are characterized by the integral service that we offer to our clients advising them in the technical area from the beginning of the project. We participate in the design of the product, the design and making of the means of produc-tion and also in the serial production.

Nowadays we have achieved, with great effort, to have an extended machinery park and staff technologically quali-fied to be able to offer an effective service to our clients.

FacilitiesProfiles and stamping division is located in La Llagosta, 18km away from Barcelona, well communicated at only 3km from the motorway exit in C-32 (Caldes de Montbuí). The factory has 1000m2, and 500m2 of warehouse.

ServicesWe specialise in the profiling by cold flat rolling and bending of profiles, giving them the final geometry required by the customer.These profiles can be die-cut, welded to another product or assembled. We are able to achieve restrictive tolerances depending on the product. We can adapt our production batches to our customer’s needs. We offer an engineering service helping our customer in any technical aspect that the customer may require from the beginning of the project to its execution and launch of the series production, entrusting us with the product’s design, the design and making of the means of production and its servicing.
