www.tron.co.uk Welcome to Aganeza Scrooge. First of all, a confession. A Christmas Carol is, to my mind, the ultimate Christmas story. i love so many adaptations of it that i couldn't resist revisiting it for the tron. i've been asked why an all-female version. My answer is simple: why not? Why not get the best Scottish talent on stage and celebrate it over Christmas? it's a total delight to be working at the tron. Stepping into the shoes of the giants that have filled them here before is daunting but, at the same time, feels like a challenge for us to rise to. Can we do dickens justice? Can we keep the spirit of Christmas on stage in january? this has been a labour of love to work on for so many reasons. to work with the incredible talented artists, actors and technicians has made Aganeza a joy in rehearsals. i only hope that you, the audience, enjoy the show as much as we've enjoyed making it for you.
