Sunday, 4th September 2005 The 4th National Conference New Research Trends in Material Science 4th – 6th September, 2005, University “OVIDIUS“ Constanta Dear Participant, On behalf of the National Research Institute for Electrical Engineering, INCDIE ICPE-CA, and the Romanian Association for Materials, “T. Segarceanu”, we would like to welcome you to the New Research Trends in Material Science National Conference. May we take this opportunity to thank both speakers and delegates for taking the time out of Your daily schedules to attend what we are sure will be a most important event. We would also like to thank those of You who assisted us with the work required to write the conference programme and to prepare the conditions necessary to run the Conference. Deep thanks are addressed to our National Authority for Scientific Research of the Ministry for E7ducation and Research, not at last to the European Commission, which both support our Conference.
