9th Conference on Gas-Powered Vehicles – The Future has BegunSeptember 29– 30, 2014, Potsdam
In cooperation with
Foreword
Gaseous-fuel drives have existed since the dawn of automo-tive history. Although gas-powered engines have in part bene-fited from technical advances in gasoline and diesel engines, development engineers in the field still face diverse challengesacross the board. Alongside liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), na-tural gas (CNG, LNG) and biogas, methane produced from re-newable energy sources is also gaining in importance. Theplans of the new German government to extend tax concessi-ons for LPG and natural gas as fuels beyond the year 2018highlight the future potential of gaseous fuels.
At the 9th Conference on Gas-Powered Vehicles, which isonce again taking place in Potsdam, we would like to join you indiscussing the latest developments and trends in the industry.
In addition to interesting presentations, you can also expect anattractive supporting program consisting of an evening eventon the first day and a driving event on the second day. This willgive you the opportunity to test-drive gas-powered vehicles onthe track at ADAC’s Driving Safety Center in Linthe.
We would be pleased to welcome you as a speaker, participantor exhibitor at this event. Take advantage of this opportunity toengage in dialog in an innovative setting.
