Explain the process or present the outcome of, at least, the following items:

The assessment score is based on the overall performance result which indicates that the program is up-to-date and meets the need of labour market and the country.

Assessment Criteria 5 Scores

To achieve 5 scores, the program should have:

- A system and a mechanism.

- Implementation of the system and the mechanism

- Process assessment

- Improvement/ development of processes based on assessment results

- Clear and concrete outcome resulting from the improvement/ development of processes

- Good practices supported by evidence and assessors can explain clearly and explicitly the reasons for considering them as good practices

1. The curriculum has both theoretical and practical contents to create opportunity for knowledge and skills development via efficient teaching and learning.

2. The content for each course is always up-to-date with new courses offered to students.

3. The curriculum shows clear and modern learning outcomes according to academic advancement and employers’ needs.

4. Course descriptions have suitable course titles, number of credits, coverage of essential content, in-depth in the major courses or at strength of the course. The courses have continuity and relation among them along with knowledge synthesis.

6. Learning outcomes of learners are according to the one specified in each course and curriculum.

Assessment Guidelines for Indicator 5.2 (Lecturers’ working assignment management system) (Appendix, Page 7)

1. Lecturers are qualified with knowledge and expertise for the courses assigned. (considering fields of studies, work experiences, academic works)

2. The curriculum specifies that lecturers with various expertise are to teach students to give an opportunity for development of perspectives or ideas from various knowledge and experience (maximum of 3 subjects to be taught by the same lecturer)

3. There is a monitoring on TQF3 and TQF4 production to keep the content, learning activities, testing and assessment up to date. (Academic committee of each school are to be responsible for this)

4. There is a monitoring on every lecturer regarding TQF3

and TQF4 distribution to students and there is a monitoring on actual teaching according to TQF3 and TQF4.

5. Students who study inside and outside of the university or normal/distance learning must receive the same teaching quality from equally qualified lecturers with equal chance of interaction with lecturers or advisors.

6. In case of having TA or RA in assisting the class, they must undergo training, advising and development to enable them to assist students properly.

Assessment Guidelines for Indicator 5.3 (Students’ Evaluation)

1. Allowing students to contribute to specifying assessment criteria

2. Weights on assessment components are in line with focuses for each course (theory, practice, seminar, etc.)

3. Assessing learning outcomes by a use of authentic assessment (various assessment tools e.g. multiple-choices, written, homework, report, oral exam, observation on students’ behavior, assessment of operation skills. Etc.) Assessment tools reflecting actual operations in the real settings

แนวทางในการประเมน ตวบงชท 5.3 (การประเมนผเรยน )

1. การก าหนดเกณฑการประเมนใหนกศกษามสวนรวม

2. น าหนกขององคประกอบในการประเมนสอดคลองกบจดเนนของรายวชา (วชาทฤษฎ ปฏบต สมมนา ฯลฯ)

3. การประเมนผลการเรยนรของโดยใชการประเมนตามสภาพจรง (เครองมอประเมนมความหลากหลาย เชน ขอสอบปรนย อตนย การบาน รายงานทมอบหมาย การสอบปากเปลา การสงเกตพฤตกรรมนกศกษา การวดทกษะการปฏบตงาน ฯลฯ เครองมอประเมนสะทอนสภาพการปฏบตงานจรงในการประกอบอาชพ)

4. Controlling development and verification of suitable assessment tools on students in line with subjects and learning outcomes.

5. Analyzing/Quality testing/Improving & Developing assessment tools on students’ quality (exam paper defense, exam paper modification, generating new questions regularly, exam paper or assessment tools featuring measures on knowledge and advanced thinking. Assessment tools reflect the ability in the real-world working operations)

6. Controlling the standard assessment on students’ performance in the courses with many groups of students.



4. การก ากบใหมการพฒนาและตรวจสอบเครองมอประเมนนกศกษาทเหมาะสมกบวชาและผลลพธการเรยนร

5. การวเคราะห/ตรวจสอบคณภาพ/ปรบปรงพฒนาเครองมอทใชในการประเมนคณภาพนกศกษา (มการวพากษขอสอบ ปรบปรงขอสอบ สรางขอสอบใหม ๆ เสมอ มคลงขอสอบ ขอสอบหรอเครองมอประเมนสามารถวดความรและการคดขนสงได เครองมอประเมนสะทอนความสามารถในการปฏบตงานไดจรงในโลกแหงการท างาน)

6. การควบคมการประเมนผลการเรยนในรายวชาทมหลายกลมเรยนใหไดมาตรฐานเดยวกน

7. Students are aware of grading policies (clear assessment/grading criteria which are in line with students’ contribution to the criteria or mutual awareness since the beginning, there is an evidence or the source of scores, grade distribution reflects actual ability of students and characteristics of each course)

8. Promoting exit exam arrangement according to TQF

9. Assessing teaching-learning management and curriculum as detailed in TQF5, TQF6 and TQF7.



7. การตดเกรดและแจงใหนกศกษารบรชดเจน (ก าหนดเกณฑการประเมน/การตดเกรดชดเจน สอดคลองกบทเกณฑทนกศกษามสวนรวม หรอรบรรวมกนตงแตแรก มขอมลหลกฐานหรอทมาของคะแนนทใชในการการตดเกรดชดเจน การกระจายของเกรด สะทอนความสามารถทแทจรงของนกศกษาและลกษณะของรายวชา)

8. การสงเสรมการสอบ exit exam ตามมาตรฐาน TQF

9. การประเมนการจดการเรยนการสอน การประเมนหลกสตรตามรายละเอยดใน มคอ. 5 มคอ. 6 และมคอ.7
