Student AccessOpportunities for arts experiences are provided in the four areas of visual art, music, dance, and drama. Students create, perform, and respond in each area. Opportunities are also provided through choir and GT art.

5th grade students performed the Virginia Reel after seeing the dance modeled.

Teachers use exemplary models and clearly defined rubrics in guiding students toward demonstration of rigorous growth.

Opportunity/Participation

Music teacher attended session on incorporating choir chimes in music class at KMEA conference. With help from a PTO fundraiser they were purchased and played by students.
