Ladders for Leaders is a nationally recognizedprogram that offers outstanding high school andcollege students the opportunity to participate inpaid professional summer internships withleading corporations, non-profit organizationsand government agencies in New York City. Theprogram has been cited by the U.S. Chamber ofCommerce Foundation and the Center for UrbanFuture as a model program for connectingqualified youth to professional internships
