This presentation is a proposal for Level 0, 1 and 2 screens for the common control system in English/European layout (Chinese layout is not shown in this presentation)
Bitmap detail is for the level 0 and level 1 screens (level 2 will have similar layout but different pixel allocation).
Data shown in this colour is only available on the Level 1 or Level 2 control.
Data shown in this colour shows additional information that does not fit on the three line screen that can be reached by scrolling down (with the down key), this is only used if no slide has been specifically created showing the screen once
‘down’ has been pressed.
The icons and colour scheme are representative of, but not guaranteed to be exactly what Caterpillar will finally use. The relative button and display positions (etc) are approximate.
An underscore ‘_’ shows space that needs to be reserved for the maximum that a field can grow to (for example temperature may be 93ºC but can be 100ºC and so will appear in the presentation as _93ºC)
As of 20 Nov 2002 the plan is to use Fixed fonts, upper case will be used at all times except for special cases (such as the ‘k’ of kW).
Viewing and clearing of events in modules other than the Genesys control may vary slightly from that displayed and from module to module. Exact details will become clearer as work on the modules progresses.
Level 0, Level 1 and Level 2Screens for Genesys controls
