The third edition of the Italian Cuisine Week in the World, whichwill be held from the 19th to the 25th of November 2018, aims topromote the Italian food and quality cuisine abroad, bothdistinctive signs of the "Marchio Italia". The event will deal withsome among the major issues distinguishing Italian agri-food,starting from EXPO 2015 Milan, namely: quality, sustainability,culture, food security, right to food, education, identity,territory, biodiversity. Another important point also related to tourism, is the work ofenhancement of the territories, of the itineraries of Italianculinary art, as well as of the Mediterranean diet that is one ofthe elements that makes Italy the healthiest country in theworld. The presentation and internationalization activities of the Italiantraining offer in the sector, in order to attract talents fromabroad and retain them in the use of quality Italian products,play as well a fundamental role.  The project is integrated with the actions envisaged by the Planfor the extraordinary promotion of Made in Italy, promoted bythe Government in order to enhance the distribution andcommercial presence of the products of the true Italian agro-food industry, as well as with the objectives of the 2017-2022Strategic Tourism Plan, which aims to give relief to the lessknown territories abroad.
