Beth has over 20 years’ experience working as a specialist within Learning andDevelopment. She has worked across a broad variety of public and private sectororganisations, including working inhouse at a unitary and a county council as theyembarked on transformational change programmes. During her time at WokinghamBorough Council she was an integral part of the change management programmesupporting both teams and managers as they faced uncertainty and challenge. As part of the Learning and Development Team at Lancashire County Council she wasinstrumental in driving through a Continuous Improvement programme to enable thebusiness to reduce waste and streamline processes. She also wrote, delivered anddeveloped a comprehensive first line manager training programme which wasdelivered across the organisation Beth continues to provide consultancy support to a range of public sectororganisations as well as working extensively within the legal sector – this breadth ofexperience enables her to draw on a range of relevant cross-sector examples for usewithin her training programmes. Beth is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an ILM Level5 qualified coach and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. She is also a published authorand writes extensively on Management Topics for LexisNexis (part of the ReedElsevier/RELX Group).

Matt is an expert in the areas of wellbeing, engagement and resilience in theworkplace – helping organisations to realise the benefits that come from creatinga truly happy, healthy and engaged workforce. Having worked with hundreds ofindividuals and organisations in the UK and Europe, Matt has seen first-hand thebusiness benefits that a healthy, high performing workforce can bring. Skillsinclude influencing leaders at an executive level, helping them to build soundstrategies for their business, and developing them using a range of psychologicalinterventions. His work is also about providing the bridge between these leadersand the staff on the ground-level – helping to bring a deeper understanding to theleaders of their own behaviours and the impact that these have across abusiness. Happiness, wellbeing, health and performance at work… mutually exclusive things,right? Wrong! Matt has made a career out of supporting individuals, teams andwhole companies to create healthy high performance. This is a state where peopleactually want to come to work, enjoy what they do and perform at their very best. For the last 12 years Matt has worked with tonnes of organisations across theglobe. From standing in a fancy room on the 21st floor of a big UK bank towatching a monkey disrupt a session he was running in Bangladesh, Matt canadapt his delivery to any range of audiences (although he didn’t try to talk to themonkey). Matt has a degree in psychology, a Master’s degree in Occupational psychologyand a wealth of experience. His engaging speaking style and passion for trainingand development inspires people to make a change and form healthy habits thatactually stick.
