Progress to Degree Evaluation Job Aid

2. You should see a section of your home page labeled “My Self Service”. This is one of the boxes with a black outline on the left. This box contains hyperlinks to things like registration, academic services, financial aid and some other things.

3. Click on the academic services link.

4. Look for the ‘Progress to Degree Evaluation’ link and click on it. It should be the third one down.

5. Now you have to select a term (semester). As the information bubble indicates the term you select is the one most recently opened for registration. This is just to make sure that all of your most up-to-date information is used. So if you select a previous semester your evaluation would not reflect any requirements met since that time. Now click submit.

6. Scroll down so that you can see your Curriculum Information. Under this you should see a hyperlink that states your degree and major. Click on this link. Note: If you don’t see a link, then try the following;

a. Scroll all the way down so that you can see beneath the dark line and click on the ‘Generate New Evaluation’ link. i. Select the bubble next to the program you would like to evaluate

ii. Select the term just like in step 5. You can now continue on to step 7 of this job aid.

If that didn’t work then, b. Go back to the term selection page (step 5) and select an earlier term.

You can select General Requirements to see how you are progressing in terms of major areas like intellectual skills,
